The Patriot Post® · Mr. Issa: Eric Holder Has Stalled Long Enough

Eric Holder has an extensive record of impeachable offenses. He has called your bluff. If he is allowed to resign as some have recommended; he is off Scot-free. When Obama is defeated Holder will simply thumb his nose at you, your committee and the 112th Congress. The Congresses of the United States have been derelict numerous times when miscreants and malefactors like Holder and Obama have walked away without being punished for his offenses.
Woodrow Wilson is a prime example; he should have been tried for treason!

Citing Mr. Holder for Contempt of Congress is neither a solution nor a black mark on an already dismal record. Mr. Holder is serving his master, Obama rather than the people of the United States as he is obliged to do in his capacity as Attorney General.

It appears that the entire 112th Congress has simply decided to join in the blame game. Meanwhile, Obama plays at being President with all the perquisites that office provides him free of charge. Obama and Holder have picked up where Wilson and Roosevelt left off. Both of them could well have been charged with the crime of treason. Likewise Obama and Holder have committed far more High Crimes and Misdemeanors than should be allowed by the Legislative Branch.

The perception of the conduct and lack of accomplishments by the 112th Congress is extremely unfavorable in the eyes of We the People, not just the biased and radical left-leaning media. The only party representing the people of this great country is the Tea Party in its various forms, .Org, .Net or the Tea Party Economist. The Republican National Committee talks a big game, asks for more and more donations but NEVER respond to questions with any definitive answers.

I have petitioned the 112th Congress on six separate occasions to impeach Obama and Holder. I never even received an acknowledgement of receipt of the petitions. Though we have become prosperous, we have lost our virtue, our values and our guiding principles.

With all due respect Mr. Chairman, you, the Oversight Committee, the Judiciary Committee and the entire body of the House is obligated to block Holder and Obama completely out of the play. And, then to show you mean business, cite Barney Frank, Maxine Waters and others known to have violated the Ethics of the body for violations thereof. Mr. Frank should be ejected from the House for all his transgressions and his disgusting behavior. Mr. Hank Johnson of Georgia must be kept out of sight and away from a microphone; he is too stupid to represent Congress. Has Guam tipped over yet?

Congressman, you know that what needs to be done, must be done, yesterday. Time is inexorably leading America to the precipice; Obama has made us poorer and a laughing stock to the world. Nor do I want to hear John Boehner’s excuse for not impeaching Obama, “We don’t have enough votes.” That is so much hogwash. You cannot do what you don’t attempt. Repeal Obama’s badly flawed Healthcare bill, Convince Mitt Romney to select a capable female to be his running mate; someone like Michele Bachmann or Sarah Palin.

I watched you a day or so ago; you are a good Chairman. Holder has nothing but contempt for Congress but he has a grudging respect or fear of you, so burn him a new one.
