What good is the Senate if it merely follows the “Army of One” Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and his secret behind closed doors lobbyist law writers, jamming fake-immigration reform down the throats of the Lemmings-R-US supposed representatives of the people, no debate or amendments allowed, as the “Amendment Tree” is stacked with Reid pre-approved amendments only.

This pathetic immigration bill has NOT been read by Senators nor will it be by House Representatives, a SHAM and SHAME on the Senators and the House. But its consequences will be suffered upon working class American citizens while floodgates and fences are smashed down, allowing anyone at anytime for any reason to openly migrate into the US to reap a bountiful harvest of free unearned benefits.

These newly legalized illegals will continue taking much-needed jobs away from the people, while they are under federal protection from law-abiding States prohibiting prosecution of law-breaking illegal residents. “Push ONE for English” has taken on a life of its own.

The gay marriage issue is now history, as the homosexual lobby, given the proverbial inch has taken the proverbial mile, or the entire Nine Yards, guaranteeing gay marriage in any State is recognized in all 50 States National gay marriage is virtually fait accompli. There is no restraining the rushing waters of social family change, and traditional marriage can no longer be held back from going over the falls. The genie is out of the broken bottle, Humpty Dumpty constitutional USA has fallen off the wall, is broken, and all the king’s horses and all the king’s men cannot put Humpty back together again.

July 4th 2013 marks the 237th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence celebrate the separation of the 13 Colonial States from domination by the British. What the Founders have accomplished is systematically becoming undone as Generalissimo Obama is ultimate “Army of One” which dismantles the Constitution, Congress, Supreme Court, States Rights, Christianity, traditional families, freedoms of religion and the press.

Charter members of the “Army of One” include Senate Majority Leader- Dictator Harry Reid; former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who single-handedly pushed through ObamaCare; HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius who arbitrarily dictates ObamaCare rules and regulations that are prejudiced against basic rights of conscience and religion; not to mention infamous law-breaker and non-enforcer Attorney General Eric Holder; and lest it be forgotten, Obama’s cadre of about 40 so-called Czars though not confirmed by the Senate as Cabinet Members, dictate anything and everything un-American and unconstitutional.

Overlooked in the “Army of One” contingent is Chief Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing for the majority in the 5-4 decision on the Defense of Marriage Act who ruled, “The federal statute is invalid, for no legitimate purpose overcomes the purpose and effect to disparage and to injure those whom the State, by its marriage laws, sought to protect in personhood and dignity. By seeking to displace this protection and treating those persons as living in marriages less respected than others, the federal statute is in violation of the Fifth Amendment.”

Notice the assumption that a homosexual pairing is a “marriage.” While the court technically did not decide on the legality of homosexual marriage, the court assumed it. Thus, the ruling has the effect of legalizing homosexual marriage by acknowledging that states can pass homosexual marriage laws and ruling that any law that does not recognize those marriages is assumed invalid.

Notice also that Chief Justice Anthony Kennedy MADE law and legislating that ObamaCare constituted a TAX that was denied by Obama and denied in the bill, thereby changing the legislation instead of ruling on it. Justice Kennedy has abused his Supreme Court position by usurping the constitutional authority of only the right of Congress to legislate while leaving SCOTUS with the responsibility of determining constitutionality or not.

Islamic terrorists partner in foreign policy and are welcomed by Obama in the White House while Christians in particular are treated as enemies of the Country. Antagonist Union Leaders, the IRS, and others not friendly to religious and family rights have the President’s ear, each constituting another “Army of One.”

Then there is the great economic dictator Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke that exercise the constitutional right to “print money” that is a function that Congress mistakenly assigned to this behemoth that controls the living economic breath of the country. Never mind that their main interest is the banking community and Wall Street that flourish while the economy for the general population sputters along, stagnant if not in reverse.

Unelected Wasteful Inefficient Redundant Bureaucracies total about one million “non-essential” workers as defined by government itself prior to the threat of previous government shutdowns, serve as anchors holding down economic growth. Wasteful bureaucracies feature poor and unnecessary service, and each of them individually constitute an “Army of One” in their own right.

Unnecessary and over-extended bureaucracies arbitrarily dictate policy and mandate, thereby legislate national rules, regulations, and policy that are too often against the public welfare and interest. Chief among these are the EPA, Departments of Education, Agriculture, Commerce, Energy, Health & Human Services, Homeland Security, and the list goes on and on.

Mortgage and housing agencies FHA, HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, should be privatized while government investments in bailed out banks and industries should be summarily sold off, as government should only be in the business of providing needed services that the private sector cannot or will not do. Government investments must be sold off regardless of loss because an unrealized loss on the books is still a loss. An investor axiom is to “take your losses and go on to something profitable.”

The federal government “Army of One” is humongous and far-reaching in unforeseen consequences. Individuals operating as an “Army of One” include the likes of Edward Snowden hero/traitor, your pick, who is constantly defying Obama with his exposure of government NSA secretly spying on nearly every American in the interest of national security. Obama minimized the threat that is thwarting him with his comment to reporters, “I’m not going to be scrambling jets to get a 29-year-old hacker.” Good strategy, if you can’t beat the problem, IGNORE it.

There are multiple court cases in which the rights of ONE person supersede the basic rights of the multitudes, thereby allowing as little as an “Army of One” to DICTATE and demolish the real rights of the many. If the US cannot defeat an “Army of One” how can it defeat the hundreds of millions in the worldwide “Army of One” that slowly but surely defeats the USA?“
