The Patriot Post® · Obama Executive Order: All Must Get HIV/AIDS Testing

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to further strengthen the capacity of the Federal Government to effectively respond to the ongoing domestic HIV epidemic, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Addressing the domestic HIV epidemic is a priority of my Administration. In 2010, the White House released the first comprehensive National HIV/AIDS Strategy (Strategy), setting quantitative goals for reducing new HIV infections, improving health outcomes for people living with HIV, and reducing HIV-related health disparities. The Strategy will continue to serve as the blueprint for our national response to the domestic epidemic. … The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force now recommends that clinicians screen all individuals ages 15 to 65 years for HIV, and the Department of Health and Human Services Guidelines for Use of Antiretroviral Agents now recommends offering treatment to all adolescents and adults diagnosed with HIV.

Wonderful. After President Obama and his First Lady promoted homosexual activity, including forced acceptance of open homosexuals into the military, he now turns on a dime and forces consequential HIV/AIDS testing on 100% of the population. Obama helped to promote homosexuality. Born in the USA or not, how does someone like this get to be President … twice? Harvard gave this man prestige and honors, and how can Obama truthfully say he does not know the HIV/AIDS virus is a common consequence, not an unforeseen consequence, of active homosexuality? It is akin to giving more street drugs to an addict and to compensate by saying everyone must go to drug rehabilitation.

Obama is consistent as he makes every effort to reduce jobs, especially jobs involving energy as he adamantly refuses to remove his personal blockage of the Keystone XL Pipeline. There is a new study, always a new study, that McDonald’s produced a video explaining how to make it with two low-paying jobs. Liberals were in an uproar, but as Shakespeare wrote, it is “Much Ado About Nothing.”

All this McDonald’s two-job fluff is a diversion from the real problem, which is real jobs. President Obama personally nixed much job creation and the major one coming to mind is his blocking of the already approved Keystone XL Pipeline that cumulatively would add two million good-paying, tax-paying jobs, substantially reducing welfare, and the two-job necessity to support a family. There are many more instances, raising the serious question: Why the deliberate hurt to the real 15% unemployed? – though that figure might be double in the minority community. Where is the outrage?

ObamaCare must be working as planned as it is now estimated to cause a million more to join the ranks of the unemployed and the 47% on welfare. That is a good “job” in the slang meaning of the word. Curiously, Obama exempting Big Business, Unions, and many friendly private organizations from ObamaCare, is unconstitutional because the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) determined constitutionality by interpreting fines for non-compliance with the individual mandate as a tax; not expressed within the Act, and emphatically denied by Obama.

If taxes are applied unequally – and many organizations are arbitrarily exempted from ObamaCare by Tax-Commander-In-Chief – it falls apart at the seams, if there are any. Troubling is how SCOTUS can get this so wrong, considering that Tax Legislation MUST originate in the House of Representatives. The final nail was originally driven by Conservative Chief Justice John Roberts who cast the deciding vote and wrote the opinion for the SCOTUS 5-4 decision that the individual mandate does not stand under the Commerce Clause, but is permissible as a tax. The country is in worse trouble than previously thought because now even SCOTUS cannot interpret the Constitution correctly. Or is SCOTUS given too much credit as their predecessor courts ruled slavery to be legal?

Senate Republicans – led by outspoken John McCain, war hero by default for simply being a prisoner of war, and who never saw a Middle East uprising that he would not put boots on the ground for – are a disgrace and cowards in that they refuse to admit they are wolves in sheep’s clothing, died-in-the-wool Liberals posing as Conservatives, and not only hoodwinking the Tea Party, but lying to America as well. Admit it GOP and be “Gone Ole Party” and let real Americans take that place in Congress. The one-party two-party system is killing America with false hope and outright lies. GOP senators believe that compromise with Senate Leader Harry Reid is to cave on every demand, and get NOTHING in return – certainly not fitting the definition of compromise. Reid threatened the nuclear option, changing a Senate rule to a simple majority instead of 60 that gives a minority party the power to filibuster undesirable bills, as is the original intent in this deliberative body.

In the House, Speaker John Boehner is hardly in position to call ObamaCare a train wreck because as the money manager who has the singular power in his hands to NOT fund ObamaCare, Boehner lived up to his middle name, “RINO.” Boehner is skilled at talking the talk but not walking the walk, becoming the train wreck that enabled the ObamaCare train wreck. Boehner is the ultimate train wreck because he was the engineer who refused to follow the Conservative Book.

Congress is winding down to close the summer session and leave town, so might not it be a good idea to blockade their entry back in? The truth will out for all supposedly Conservative politicians and their advisors and associates, but the Lilly White One stands head and shoulder above all, oblivious to the carnage he has created, but of course, it took more than seven days.

Two problems about the underlying problems of the country: 75% don’t know, and half don’t care. The country’s problems are deeper than supposed, and efforts to help toward understanding and solution are dismissed by the majority as they feel nothing will come of the effort that is stamped as unworkable, undoable, so why waste the effort. About 50 years ago at lunch a co-worker who started on the job the day before I did remarked, “Don’t worry, nothing will turn out alright.” And so it is – “don’t worry” is the mantra of those who naysay the naysayers.

Every issue is fair game to politicians as charity has taken on new meaning since in the US “God” and “Jesus” are virtually illegal, and doing charity in the name of God or Jesus is forbidden and punishable by the new godless government god that is the new religion in which what is good is evil, and what is evil is good. Charity has been reduced to a spoonful of government sugar substitute to help the new government god charity medicine go down, while traditional Christian/Judeo charity might once again have to be done in secret.

Finally there is a voice of sanity in the black community. The only problem is that many blacks think Dr. Benjamin Carson is too “white,” but how “black” is President Barack Obama?

Franklin Roosevelt supposedly quipped, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” The Obama White House version is to “Never let a good crisis go to waste” – the Obama regime corollary that was popularized by former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

Now Chicago Mayor Emanuel has his own crisis he chooses to ignore: over 700 Chicago murders in the last 18 months. Never mind. Just get that “white” Hispanic who killed Trayvon Martin in self-defense, and incite riots across the country.

Lord knows that in the never-ending 24/7 news cycle of always bad news or another crisis or two, Obama is in position to “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” Those crises keep Obama’s scandals off page 1 as though they never happened.
