The Patriot Post® · Political Correctness Will Not Win the Day

Two stories in the Washington Times underscore the barbarity of the enemy in the United States and the Civilized World in the “War on Terror” since 9/11/2001.

Cheryl K. Chumley writes:

“Salafi Sheikh Yasir al-Ajlawni, who hails from Jordan but who lived in Damascus for 17 years, sent a message via YouTube: It’s a ‘legitimate fatwa’ for Muslims waging war against Mr. Assad and trying to put in place a Sharia government to ‘capture and have sex with’ Alawites and other non-Sunni, non-Muslim women, Human Events reports. Mr. Assad is part of the Alawites sect.”

Jessica Chasmar writes:

“The Muslim Brotherhood and its supporters have began forcing the roughly 15,000 Christian Copts of Dalga village in Egypt to pay a jizya tax as indicated in Koran 9:29, author and translator Raymond Ibrahim reported on Sunday.”

It would be anathema to Freedom Loving Christians and Non-Christians in the United States or any Civilized Nation to advocate for the rape of non-Christian women or the forced special taxation of all non-Christians, yet according to the Islamic extremists We are the “Great Satan”. The United States, or for that matter the rest of the Civilized World, can no longer afford the political correctness of assuaging the feelings of the so called Muslim Moderates. It is long past time that the Muslim world stand up against the barbarity of which Ms. Chumly and Ms. Chasmer wrote. If they refuse then they are the enemy of all that is decent and humane and the World should be rid of them.

As we remember on this day those innocents that lost their lives in the cowardly attacks of 9/11/2001, we must, in their name, call for the Muslim world to put an end to the barbarity of its extremists. The civilized nations of the world are today, as much as that day twelve years ago, locked in a struggle for the soul of humanity. Political Correctness will not win the day. Honesty just might.
