Michelle Obama is obsessed with obesity to the point that she promotes a failing school lunch program serving food that children do not want to eat. Fast food is out as it causes obesity. Sugar, soda, candy, fat, meat, coffee, carbohydrates, and a host of other products and ingredients are out of favor with obesity activists. The problem is that one size does not fit all, as growing adolescents that are physically active need more than Michele’s 850 calories spread over foods the kids do not want to eat.



Cigarettes are the big bugaboo that decree cigarette packages to print the mandatory warning: “SURGEON GENERAL’S WARNING; Cigarette Smoke Contains Carbon Monoxide” (CO). Carbon Monoxide is a deadly, colorless, odorless, poisonous gas produced by the incomplete burning of fuels.



Cigarettes are out of favor because they cause cancer. Curiously, Barrack Obama is an admitted user of Cannabis, A.K.A. marijuana, but there is no effort to come down on its use by even the very young high-schoolers. Colorado and a number of other States have joined the legalization of POT movement.



There are cases in which cancers caused by smoking have been put into remission, and virtually cured but that raises an interesting question. Why is marijuana promoted and smoking prohibited? Should not both activities be either promoted or prohibited? Where is the consistency?



New Yorker magazine recently reported, “President Barack Obama continued his softening towards marijuana legalization. In the interview, the president alluded to his own youthful marijuana consumption and clarified that, while he doesn’t believe it to be a healthy pastime and has discouraged his daughters from its use, it is a less dangerous substance than alcohol. President Obama also stated that current moves towards legalization are important experiments that can help end discriminatory arrest practices. "As has been well documented, I smoked pot as a kid, and I view it as a bad habit and a vice, not very different from the cigarettes that I smoked as a young person up through a big chunk of my adult life. I don’t think it (marijuana) is more dangerous than alcohol.” (Emphasis added.)



Once again Obama is wrong on his assessment of the danger of marijuana as he is wrong on basically ALL social issues, including religion, free speech, abortion, and contraceptives to name a few.



According to a University of Washington study, “Risk of respiratory effects from inhaling marijuana smoke are heightened by the more intensive way in which marijuana is smoked – when smoking marijuana compared to tobacco, there is a prolonged and deeper inhalation and it is smoked to a shorter butt length and at a higher combustion temperature. This results in approximately 5 times the carbon monoxide concentration, 3 times the tar, and the retention of one-third more tar in the respiratory tract. Higher levels of ammonia and hydrogen cyanide have also been found in marijuana smoke, compared to tobacco.” (Emphasis added.)



Homosexual activity and related same-sex marriage are held in highest esteem by President Obama and First Lady Michelle, in total disregard for its debilitating consequences, as homosexual acts are a primary source of the HIV Virus that causes AIDS. That begs the question as to why such a debilitating disease as AIDS is ignored as the cause is known but totally ignored while that unnatural activity is promoted, also ignoring the perversion of the natural purpose of the sexes.



Medical scientists, who claim to have developed a cure for AIDS, now claim a second baby has been cured. That is good news as far as it goes, but the question remains as to why the cause célèbre status for a destructive disease that epitomizes the Obama Homeland Security nomenclature of “man-caused disaster?” Religion is basically against homosexual behavior, but the Obama duo is united in the opposite tack.



Another conundrum involves Aspirin not allowed to be given to students by teachers, but teachers can and do take pregnant children to abortion centers without parental consent. The bottom line is that “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” but that is too easy, as common sense is not taught at Harvard or Ivy League Universities, or for that matter, at many other so-called “Institutions of Higher Learning.”



If President Barack Obama is so wrong on basic social issues, how can he be trusted in issues of war and peace facing the World? Obama has been wrong on most if not all of his International initiatives, proving the Biblical proverb that someone who cannot be trusted in small things cannot be trusted in large things. Failure is a symptom of the godless disease.



Obama has broken the Constitution, Bill of Rights, superseded valid religious core beliefs, illegally legislates, and at prohibitive cost promotes ObamaCare that is intrinsically doomed to failure, claiming it will work by 2020, which evidently his forward vision is not 20-20, a self-defined Christian who virtually criminalizes Christianity, and America is supposed to follow this pied piper dictator? Unfortunately, a near majority does follow proving once again the classic Pogo line, “We have found the enemy and they is us.”



Three University of Utah researchers are hoping to learn what, if any, impact religious and spiritual events have on the human brain. They say, “It’s staggering how little information there is about traditional spiritual experiences and the brain.” OK for that study, but how about looking into the effect of no religion on the brain? Could really be an eye-opener, but that study would be redundant as a look at daily news gives the answer to the effect of no religion on the brain. How much responsibility does the godless education system have to do with this paradigm?
