The Patriot Post® · Utter Incompetence or Treason?

The recent fallout from the massacre that occurred in San Bernadino, California, has made it even more clear that there are major issues in the lack of adequate performance in the U.S. response to protect America from such attacks. The consistent and absolute refusal of Obama or any in his administration to tie any of these terrorist attacks over the past seven years to radical Islam boggles the mind. What is even more mind boggling is his recent insistence on accepting tens of thousands of Muslim refugees from the conflict in Syria despite numerous high ranking members of his own administration confirming that there is no way to adequately vet these Muslims. Similar sympathy for Christian refugees is conspicuously tepid or completely absent on his part.

By the way, when assessing this poor response, it is even more interesting that current Department of Homeland Security Administrator J. Johnson has expressed anti-war sentiment in speeches and expressed a desire to want to treat radical Islam as a law enforcement problem rather than a war. This is hardly the ideal management profile of someone allegedly responsible for aggressively protecting us from terrorists.

Now comes the part that sure appears to be a smoking gun of either unbelievably widespread gross incompetence in both the State Department and Homeland Security or an even more alarming deliberate and obviously directed attempt to deceive the public so as to push for the immigration of these Muslims. A virtual parade of high ranking officials appeared before a congressional committee investigating the status of both the vetting process and the statistics of the scope of the problem of aliens either entering or remaining in the U.S. They claimed either complete ignorance of the most basic facts of the issues that were their responsibility or outright told Congress bald faced lies about such matters as the adequacy of the vetting process. I find it impossible to believe that every single Obama official is so stupid or incompetent as to fail to know a single pertinent fact requested by Congress. Interestingly enough, this deliberate lying under oath before Congress or refusing to provide information has repeatedly been done by other Obama administration officials with zero negative consequences to them due to the Justice Department refusing to prosecute or in many cases even investigate.

According to the last three secretaries of defense, the military advice of his top generals on how to fight radical Islam has repeatedly and consistently been ignored by both Obama and his left wing staff. His weak military response and overly rigid rules of engagement against radical Islam virtually guarantee no lasting damage will be done to the Jihad fighters.

The sole motivation that logically comes from this compelling set of facts is that Obama has never had any real intention of defeating radical Islam and has orchestrated this most recent cover-up of the lack of action by both Homeland Security and the State Department. His clear intent is to keep the facts from the Congress and the public that he has taken the side of the radical Muslim world from the git-go at the expense of the U.S. and its citizens. Where I come from they call that type of conduct treason!
