Without a doubt in the last few weeks you have read about the topic of “transgenders” wanting full access to the women’s restrooms. Well, before this uproar began, they did. There was no law against transgenders using the opposite bathroom. If a male was playing the dress up game well enough, he was never stopped because no one else knew he was a male, and not a real woman. In a country where there are approximately 330 million people, there are about 700,000 transgenders, so they did not go into the bathroom that often anyway. The progressives would like for you to think differently, though. According to them, the conservatives are taking away all bathroom rights from the gender confused, and making them stave off the call of nature until they get home. They claim it is a right for grown men to shower with women and young girls at the YMCA, or in public school locker rooms, and bathrooms. This is where we are as a nation now. The right to relieve yourself with the opposite gender because of how you “feel.” This is insanity. Welcome to Animal Farm, everyone.

On Friday, Josh Earnest, the spokesman for the White House, came out to the press and announced a letter was sent to all public schools advising them that they need to allow all students into the bathroom or locker rooms in which they identify with. This letter did not come down through the Department of Education, which would have made sense. The Obama administration did what it does best when pushing their weight around. The letter came through the Department of Justice, but according to Earnest it is only “guidance,” not a threat. He’s a liar. Simply put, this is intimidation. By doing this, I can already, with confidence, tell you they know this is garbage and is unenforceable. The royal King Obama edict needed something to make it worth jumping into the insanity pool shallow end head first, and sending a letter with a letterhead that says Department of Justice seemed like the right way. Intimidation, Chicago style.

There is a massive panicked crisis among the progressive left and the Obama administration. Josh Earnest, the spokesman for the White House, is claiming the rights of those with gender dysphoria are having their Civil Rights violated. The Department of Justice talking head, Loretta Lynch, is repeating the same talking points. The only problem is they are wrong. They will tell you the word “sex” is in the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and it is. However, it has nothing to do with bathrooms and creating a legal loophole for sexual predators. The word sex in this case has to do with Title VII and creation of the EEOC.

The fact that Obama, Lynch, and Earnest are openly comparing this bathroom insanity to the Civil Rights Act is idiotic and disrespectful at best. A transgender bathroom does not compare to lynching, hanging, and fire hoses of the civil rights inception days. This country did some horrible things to the black community. The community did not choose their color and should not have been discriminated against. Martin Luther King, Jr. gave his life for the cause of black people to receive equal treatment. When society was segregated, and blacks were put down simply for their skin, we saw true discrimination. If you are an African-American, you should be absolutely livid Obama is watering down the Civil Rights Act for this nonsense, especially if you lived through the days of segregation and the civil rights wars in the streets. Your mission, fight, and success has now been vulgarized to the point where sexual predators will have a chance to assault women and young girls in the confined area of public bathrooms, and it is already happening. Sexual predators are already running to Target to victimize young girls. The democrat party has made a mockery of true civil rights.

The world we live in is now being controlled by a small percentage that says it is discrimination to protect women and young girls from allowing any male to come into their bathroom, or locker room. There is no litmus test to determine if a transgender just wants to use the bathroom, or a sexual predator is playing the transgender role. Why risk the chance? This is chaos. So, now, if you want to protect real women and young girls, you are violating a gender confused person’s “civil rights,” according to the left. Hormone filled boys being allowed in the girl’s locker room, and having cell phones with picture and video camera capabilities. Yeah, there is no way this can go bad.

The progressive liberals and Democrats brag about being the loving, compassionate, and caring political party; however, this is untrue. In the letter, they threatened the schools, stating they would lose federal funding if they did not comply with the “guidelines.” They stated the Department of Justice would restrict the allocated funds. There are two problems with this. The first one is that money goes to free breakfast and free lunch to the poor kids. So, the party of compassion is going to punish the children because conservatives want to protect the honor, dignity, and privacy of women and young girls from hormone driven boys by taking food from them. The second problem is the House of Representatives controls the purse strings. Since when did the DOJ appropriate or withhold funds in the budget? The Obama Administration is using the ignorance of the uninformed voters, and pulling the puppet strings. Unconstitutional business as usual.

There is no civil rights violation. This is simply another lie that led to another unconstitutional decree. The left has changed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 from giving societal equality to blacks to allowing gender confused individuals and hormone enraged boy’s free reign to the girl’s bathroom and locker rooms at school. According to the administration, if you are a girl that is your problem, and you must deal with it.

The left cannot give a coherent answer to the rights of real girl’s privacy and dignity. If you ask them, expect the name calling to begin at that point. It is their best “argument.”

I guess girls will just have to hold it all day. Besides, it is not their right to go to the bathroom with only girls, anyway. High school girls have no civil rights. His majesty Obama said so.
