Harry Reid’s conduct is not that of a rational individual. He babbles about such inconsequential matters as, his constituents are too stupid to realize that it is important to Harry, because, “My number one job is to create jobs.” This is patently false and he knows it. His only purpose in life is to further the socialist agenda of Barack Obama. Both he and Obama know this.

Harry is a most obnoxious braggart. He mouthed these famous words, “People in Nevada know me from the street to the ring to the Senate chambers. I’ve never had to prove my manhood to anyone.” His boxing was all amateur in Basic High School in Henderson, Nevada. What boy didn’t experience that as part of Physical Education? If the people of Nevada knew him from the street, in what capacity? I met him in 1986, in the street, when he was running for the U.S. Senate. He came across as smarmy, arrogant carrying a ton or so of braggadocio. Of course he could have still been playing the role of the boastful one from Spensers’ Faerie Queene.

Nevertheless, Harry Reid lets his mouth overload his butt as he did in this remark, “I am convinced that I do not want to give up more power to the White House, whether it’s George Bush or Barack Obama. And I’m going to fight as hard as I can against President Obama on these earmarks and my Republican colleagues who hate to vote for them, but love to get them.”

Reid’s whole demeanor, pugnaciousness, threatening actions and comments coupled with his less than gentlemanly comportment lead me to wonder, “Is it remotely possible that Harry Reid suffers from a debilitating and progressive mental deficiency such as ‘Non compos mentis actus non facit ream nisi mens sit rea Homo homini lupus’? English translation: An act performed while not in full possession of one’s mental faculties.

It doesn’t create guilt unless the mind is guilty.

This is the English equivalent of ‘Non compos mentis actus non facit ream nisi mens sit rea’. The literal interpretation being, "Mentally incapable of managing one’s own affairs; of unsound mind.”

It appears the Harry Reid nay have gone over the edge. Harry, watch where you step; Bovine droppings are slicker than the Equine variety. Being an old country boy from Searchlight, Nevada, I’m sure you know that. Boo!
