Or is it the Office of the President? To us, mere mortals, Obama has gotten away with more lies, deceptions, misdirection, inaction during crises and overt violations of Constitutional Law than any President in our long history. Of course, he has not satisfied all America that he is even qualified to sit in and sully the Oval Office.

Following are many of the acts of either bad taste, violations of official protocol, deceptions, bald face lies or crimes attributable to this most arrogant of ex-Chicago thugs. I say “thug” with tongue-in-cheek because I firmly believe he is an all around sissy; no disrespect to the ladies.

Overt violations of our Constitution such as several committed by Obama should be addressed by Congress as soon as they are committed. When the first question arose concerning Obama’s eligibility as prescribed by Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 to serve, it should have been resolved at that very moment. If, in fact, he is ineligible to serve, he violated the very oath of office to which he swore under the provisions of Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 8.

Mr. Obama as the Chief Executive Officer of the United States was and is duty bound to act as the enforcement officer and carry out the requirements of Article IV, Section 4 to repel the incursions across our borders by illegal aliens. By this repeated action, he abdicated his responsibility. His abject failure to act set into motion actions by at least one individual state of this union to act unilaterally to defend its borders. Which act, in turn, provoked Mr. Obama and his Attorney General to act in a rash and foolish manner by filing legal action against a state he was duty bound to defend.

Adding insult to injury, Mr. Obama encouraged foreign and civil entities to initiate action against a sovereign state.

The final act I should like to address is Mr. Obama’s ordering American forces to take aggressive, armed and warlike action against a foreign power without first officially consulting with the Congress of the United States.

I have enumerated several instances of official transgression by Mr. Obama. All have been well-publicized, untold numbers of citizens have expressed their displeasure with those acts. Yet, not once has Congress taken any official action as they are reasonably expected to do when a government official acts like a veritable renegade under the guise of officialdom.

As a humble and loyal citizen of The United States and a retired member of the United States Army, I hereby petition the Congress of the United States to initiate impeachment proceedings against Barack Hussein Obama, Acting President.
