Why do so many organizations ask us (We the People) to Urge Congress to do this, that or the other? For many years I have been under the impression that Congress was hired to labor for US. We should not have to urge them to do our bidding. If they become so recalcitrant that we have to intervene in their day-to-day operations, we need some new employees.

In November 2010, we made it perfectly clear that we expected, better yet, demanded a change in the way OUR government conducted business. We demanded less spending, we demanded that our budget be made manageable, and we told them we wanted to use our own resources. We wanted less government, not more. We demanded two-way transparency and no smoke and mirrors.

Those we elected made a Pledge to America. Six months have gone by and Congress has failed to take the reins from the hands of Obama. The liberals are demanding the debt ceiling be raised and predict dire consequences if such is not done. We told them, NO! We mean it. The spendthrifts have gone crazy funding union thugs but spending not a dime to recover available petroleum.

Every politician with a story asks for a donation to help sustain his or her hold on congress.

I for one refuse to donate a dime to any elected official until I see some positive change in the way you handle our business. If you fools raise the debt ceiling, you are Dead Meat. Go home and mull over your stupidity. If you are unable to override Obama’s drilling moratorium, go Home. If you think compromise is a viable tool, Go Home. If you cannot find sufficient evidence upon which to base articles of impeachment against the imposter in the Oval Office, Go Home.

I can guarantee all 535 of you will suffer the consequences of your dereliction until We the People once again have servants who know and keep their place. Dammit, you ALL work for us. You know what is right, we are your Commander-in-Chief, follow orders, and do your job or pack up and move back home. The party is over.
