There is something rotten in Zohran Mamdani’s Big Apple. There was another antisemitic riot in New York City Monday night. Pro-Palestinian demonstrators battled police, and there were multiple arrests. This follows an explosion of antisemitic vandalism against Jewish homes and synagogues.
As antisemitism grows under Mamdani and in Europe under similar types of socialist governments, more and more Jews are looking to move to Israel. That’s somewhat amazing considering that missiles are being fired at Israel from enemies around the region. And yet Jews in Europe and America would rather risk that, knowing that they can fight back, than deal with rising antisemitism in Europe and the United States.
The reason I brought up moving to Israel is because Monday night’s riot was triggered by a Brooklyn synagogue hosting a discussion about Aliyah—immigrating to Israel—with Israeli real estate developers. They have properties in Judea and Samaria, where Jews have lived for thousands of years.
The message of the violent demonstrators was predictable: “The land is not your land to develop.” It’s the same theme we hear from Hamas and other Palestinian groups all the time: “Jews have never been in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria.”
Well, our Bible tells us about a very special group of Jews who lived there—our Savior Jesus Christ and His disciples. We know Jerusalem has only ever been the capital of one nation—Israel. But left-wing radicals insist that Israel is “stolen and occupied land,” just as they claim America is “stolen and occupied land.”
The anti-Israel demonstrators outside the Brooklyn synagogue waved Hezbollah flags and chanted disgusting slogans, including “Globalize the Intifada” and “Brick by brick, wall by wall, Israel will fall.” Those are calls for violence against Jews worldwide and the destruction of the state of Israel.
I guarantee you that every person in that demonstration voted for Mayor Mamdani and loves Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Everyone in that demonstration is cheering for the guy with a Nazi tattoo who is the Democrat Senate candidate in Maine. I guarantee if he wins, he will be the first individual with a Nazi tattoo to serve in the Senate—and he is a Democrat!
Taking A Stand
The modern progressive movement is infected with a virulent strain of antisemitism. Demography and mass migration are largely to blame. For decades, our stupid immigration policies have imported large numbers of Muslims from Third World nations. Many of these immigrants brought their hatred of Christians and Jews with them.
Today, Americans are increasingly rejecting marriage and choosing not to have families. But not Muslims. They are having children at nearly twice the average fertility rate. It is often said about the demography of Europe that their cradles are empty and their mosques are full. America is on the same path.
Ideology is another important factor in the spread of antisemitism on the Left.
As historian Victor Davis Hanson explains, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) teaches that the world is divided between “white oppressors” and “nonwhite victims.” Jews and Israel are lumped in with the “white oppressors” along with Christians and America. One study found shocking levels of antisemitism expressed by university DEI officers.
Thankfully, some Democrats are speaking out and condemning antisemitism in their party.
Famed attorney and Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz left the Democrat Party after 70 years as a die-hard Democrat. In a recent interview, Dershowitz said:
“I’ve been a Democrat for 70 years. I now am strongly opposed to that party. I want them defeated in every single election… because I am scared of them. They are against America, they are against Israel, they are against the Jews.”
Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Wecht, a former vice chairman of the Pennsylvania Democrat Party, just quit the party. In a statement, Wecht wrote:
“Nazi tattoos, jihadist chants, intimidation and attacks at synagogues, and other hateful anti-Jewish invective and actions are minimized, ignored, and even coddled. Acquiescence to Jew-hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders and even many elected officials in the Democratic Party.”
Reacting to Wecht’s announcement, Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) posted, “I know David and his legendary father, Cyril… I’m not changing my party—but I fully understand David’s personal choice. The Democratic Party must confront its own rising antisemitism problem.”
Congressman Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) published an op-ed in the New York Times Sunday taking the Democrat Party to task for having a double standard on antisemitism by embracing radical Islamist Hasan Piker.
While I am glad these Democrats are speaking out, only one part of America still strongly supports Israel and strongly denounces antisemitism—conservative Christians and, of course, the president of the United States.
Speaking of Diversity…
Eileen Wang, the Democrat mayor of Arcadia, California, just confessed to being a Chinese spy. According to the Justice Department, Wang and Yaoning “Mike” Sun ran a website that claimed to be a legitimate news outlet providing information for the Chinese American community.
In truth, they were taking orders directly from Chinese government officials and promoting communist propaganda. Sun is currently serving 40 months in federal prison.
Lawyer Katie Zacharia lived in Communist China for several years and periodically visits Arcadia. She told Fox News yesterday that the area is like “Little China” and doesn’t feel like America.
Everyone there speaks Chinese, and the food they eat is imported from Communist China. Zacharia said that much of the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California “has been taken over by the Chinese.”
There’s more.
Chinese spies actually helped Wang get elected. John Chen, who was convicted in 2024 of acting as a foreign agent for Communist China and bribing an IRS official, was Wang’s business partner and managed her successful 2022 campaign.
Chen also directed “Mike” Sun’s activities. He told Sun to tell Beijing that Wang was a “new political star” and would oppose Taiwanese independence. He also ordered Sun to compile a list of politicians Wang knew in order to expand Communist China’s influence operation.
We already knew that Communist China had compromised Eric Swalwell (D) and Gov. Kathy Hochul (D). But how many more Democrat politicians are in Beijing’s pocket?
Toward the end of President Trump’s first term, then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned the nation’s governors that the Chinese communists had developed dossiers on every one of them. Pompeo said the governors needed to know that the Chinese Communist Party “is working you” and “the team around you.”
Remember the illegal biolab that was discovered in Reedley, California? The lab had multiple dangerous pathogens, including HIV, tuberculosis, COVID-19, the deadliest form of malaria and a freezer labeled “Ebola.” It was run by a Chinese national connected to the Chinese Communist Party.
Did he have the hantavirus in his lab? We still don’t have clear answers regarding what he was doing.
For months, military-aged Chinese men crossed the border near San Diego by the thousands. During the Biden years, Chinese illegal immigration into the United States increased by 8,000%. Many experts warned that this was not just typical “illegal immigration” but something potentially far more dangerous.
Jeffries Threatens The Courts
House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries went on MS NOW over the weekend to rant and whine about the current state of his party. Jeffries claimed that Donald Trump and Republicans were launching an “unprecedented attack on our democracy, an unprecedented attack on free and fair elections and an unprecedented attack on Black representation.”
Then, Jeffries threatened the independence of the courts, a co-equal branch of government. He said, “We are going to have to explore massive judicial reform, state by state and at the federal level. And everything should be on the table as far as I’m concerned.” Evidently, that includes “nuking” the entire Virginia Supreme Court.
But Jeffries wasn’t done with the vitriol. In a letter to House Democrats yesterday, he wrote, “Democrats are battling Jim Crow-era racial gerrymandering throughout the Deep South.” Jeffries vowed, “We will bury the GOP gerrymandering scheme with a massive Democratic redistricting counteroffensive.”
Here we are, just two weeks since the last assassination attempt against President Trump, and Jeffries is back to using extreme, violence-inducing, civil war rhetoric. He knows he can get away with it because the left-wing media will give him a pass. Unfortunately, many Republicans will, too.
Every leading Democrat is attacking the four justices in the Virginia Supreme Court majority. They are accusing them of being “MAGA judges” and part of the effort to “destroy our democracy.”
When the Virginia decision was announced last week, we celebrated. But here’s what the rest of America heard from the Democrats and their media allies: “There are four justices on the Supreme Court of Virginia who are controlled by Donald Trump, and they just nullified the voting rights of a majority of Virginians.”
We should have been saying:
“We are happy that the Virginia Constitution and sanity prevailed when the court ruled 4-to-3 to strike down the illegal redistricting referendum. But we are mortified that we won by only 1 vote. There were three justices who were so controlled by the radical Democrats that they were willing to violate their own state constitution.”
The next Democrat president will probably nominate one of them for the U.S. Supreme Court.
Stop Using Race To Divide Us
Americans overwhelmingly desire racial reconciliation in our country. Our character, not our race, should define us. Sadly, many powerful forces exploit racial division in America for their own political gain. There have been two developments in recent weeks that prove my assertion.
