The Patriot Post® · Why Isn't George Soros in Jail?

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why the billionaire currency manipulator is still walking free.

Inciting violence was still a crime the last time I checked, but Soros, who finances Black Lives Matter, Antifa, on-campus vandalism and the mobs whose sole purpose in life is to intimidate congressional Republicans and members of Trump’s administration, hasn’t even been indicted.

While I can understand why Democrats wouldn’t do anything to antagonize the anti-American creep, what possible excuse is there for Republicans not to bring him up on charges?

As I have often said, and continue to believe, if the Democrats weren’t so contemptible, nobody would ever have a reason to vote for 95% of Republicans.

Even when they’re resigning and don’t have to worry about being re-elected, they’re as gutless as fish filets. All it took was one particularly obnoxious foreign woman screaming at Jeff Flake as he stood in an elevator, looking like Bambi staring into oncoming headlights, to make him insist the FBI conduct a seventh investigation of poor Brett Kavanaugh.

I used to say you knew the Nixon administration was in trouble when Henry Kissinger was the resident sex symbol. Today, I say you know the GOP is in trouble when Lindsey Graham is the only senator willing to stand up to the Democrats, the media and the left-wing bullies in the #MeToo movement.

Bob Marcks passed along the following from a friend of his, a retired police officer with 28 years on the force, time spent investigating all sorts of crimes, including assaults and rapes.

He laid out the Ford vs. Kavanaugh case in the following manner:

A 15-year-old girl goes to a country club to swim every day. Nobody asked her how she got there or how far it was from her home.

After a swim, she got dressed, evidently over her possibly damp swimsuit. But nobody asked why.

She leaves and goes to a home about five miles away but cannot recall the address or how she got there and with whom she went. Nobody on the Left seems too concerned about this.

At the house, there are four to eight people present, all of them about her age, and she drinks alcohol. Nobody asks where the adults were or who supplied the beer.

After drinking an unknown quantity of beer, she goes upstairs to a bathroom. Nobody wonders if there was a bathroom on the ground floor.

She is then pushed into a bedroom and the door is locked, and there are two boys in the room, one of whom is allegedly “totally inebriated.”

At some point, she is able to jump up and run out of a locked room. Instead of running downstairs where the other people are, she runs into the bathroom and locks the door.

After a while, she runs downstairs and out the front door and manages to get a ride home, where nobody asks where she’s been or with whom or why there’s alcohol on her breath, or even who it was that drove her home.

Then, several weeks later, while in the company of her mother, she comes face to face with one of her would-be rapists and, instead of showing rage or anger, says “Hi” and is put off when he doesn’t say “Hi” back to her.

Thirty years later, she mentions the incident as a recovered memory to her therapist.

Six years after that, she sends a letter to her congresswoman, insisting one of her attackers was Brett Kavanaugh, who mustn’t be allowed to sit on the Supreme Court.

Shortly after that, the congresswoman passes the letter off to Sen. Feinstein, who was also out to keep Brett Kavanaugh off the Court even before she had heard any of these cockamamie rumors.

A question that occurs to me isn’t how a letter allegedly intended to be kept confidential wound up in the hands of the Washington Post, but what was the point of Mrs. Ford writing it in the first place if she wanted to remain anonymous?

Also, why on earth would anyone believe her when she told the Senate committee she was unaware that they had agreed to let her testify in her own home? In what solar system is it possible I would know about it and she wouldn’t? And how was it that someone who claimed that the traumatic events of 1982 prevented her from boarding an airplane for 36 years had in fact accumulated enough frequent flier miles to take her to the Moon and back?

I wonder if the Senate would have ever confirmed Kavanaugh if they had gotten hold of the latest accusation that was forwarded to me by Howard Last: “He just laid on the bed, fully naked, smiling at me and giggling. He seemed to have no idea how inappropriate his behavior was and what emotional trauma he was causing me. I’ve kept this a secret for over 50 years, but the American people deserve to know the truth.”

This is how Ward Nurse Eileen Dover, R.N., describes her soul-searing experience at the birth of Brett Kavanaugh.

It’s not as if any of us need additional confirmation that the Democrats are a party filled with despicable hypocrites, but just in case some of you are keeping count, just a few days after the Democrats announced they didn’t care if there more holes in Mrs. Ford’s account than in a pound of Swiss cheese, we had to believe her because she’s a woman, they dismissed Karen Monahan’s claims that Keith Ellison, the Muslim congressman from Minnesota’s 5th district who’s currently running to become the state’s attorney general, beat her up more than once.

To be fair, much as it pains me, it doesn’t help that Monahan claims to have a video of one of the incidents in which Ellison allegedly dragged her off a bed while screaming obscenities at her, but refuses to hand over the video, claiming it would lead to her having to relive the trauma.

Sorry, lady, but that’s not the way it works. For one thing, if she didn’t care to reveal the video, she shouldn’t have mentioned it. For another, she is reliving the incident every time she talks about it or listens to someone else talking about it. The video would at least take it out of the realm of she said/he said.

As much as I may sympathize with women who have been treated badly by male sleazebags, if you don’t file a police report, you shouldn’t expect your assertions to be taken seriously.

Bob Hunt sent me a group of pictures with gag captions.

The first showed a jail cell with the caption: “She met him on the Internet. He told her he lived in a gated community.”

In the second, a police detective is explaining: “When someone is murdered, we investigate the spouse first. And that tells you everything you need to know about marriage.”

In number three, a nurse is explaining things to a patient in the examination room: “The doctor will be with you shortly. He’s just trying to figure out what disease goes with your insurance.”

In the fourth, three old gents are walking away from the 18th hole. The first says: “It’s windy today.” The second says: “No, it’s Thursday.” The third says: “So am I! Let’s have a beer.”
