At 10:00 AM yesterday, President Biden held a press conference on the pandemic. Of course, he attacked unvaccinated Americans again. But after finishing his remarks, Biden took a question about his responsibility for the chaos at our southern border.

Rather than acknowledging that his radical open border policies are a complete disaster, Biden launched into a tirade against the brave Border Patrol agents on horseback who attempted to protect our border. He said:

“Of course, I take responsibility. I’m president. But it was horrible what you saw. To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped — it’s outrageous. I promise you, those people will pay… There will be consequences.”

“It’s an embarrassment. But beyond an embarrassment, it’s dangerous. It’s wrong. It sends the wrong message around the world. It sends the wrong message at home. It’s simply not who we are.”

No, what’s outrageous is that Joe Biden just viciously smeared our courageous Border Patrol agents! No one was “strapped” or whipped. That’s a disgusting lie!

The photographer who took the pictures that caused this absurd controversy said, “I’ve never seen them whip anyone. He was swinging it, but it can be misconstrued when you’re looking at the picture.”

Meanwhile, not one word of condemnation from the president about the hundreds of thousands of people, including thousands of convicted criminals, who are making a total mockery of our laws by entering our country illegally.

I thought we were a nation dedicated to the rule of law. But thanks to Joe Biden, that’s no longer “who we are.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if Border Patrol agents go on strike. It’s unconscionable they are being treated this way. It’s inexcusable that some politicians are willing to smear law enforcement in order to push their extreme agenda.

Last month, I called for Biden to be impeached for abandoning Americans in Afghanistan. His refusal to faithfully enforce our immigration laws and to protect the borders of the United States also warrants impeachment.

I am pleased to report that House Republicans this week introduced three articles of impeachment against Biden related to Afghanistan, the border and his blatant disregard for the Supreme Court.

Sharpton Gets Silenced

Al Sharpton’s whole career has been based on stoking the fires of racial discord and making race relations worse in America. Thursday, Sharpton brought his poison to Del Rio, Texas, to exploit that “hot spot.”

He’s been nowhere to be seen as a tidal wave of Third World migrants has been pouring across our border to live off of you, the American taxpayer. But suddenly there is a “race angle,” and “Reverend Al” is on the first flight to Texas.

Thankfully, no one could hear what Sharpton had to say. Why? Because the good people of Texas turned out and shouted him down, using a tactic he usually employs.

I’m generally against the “heckler’s veto,” but this is what the left has done to American politics. Last summer, the left did more than just shout down opponents. They beat them down and burned them down.

Mainstream conservatives cannot speak on college campuses because leftists will protest and shout them down. Well, if those are the new rules, then it’s time to get out of our comfort zones and play by the same rules. And that’s exactly what the good people of Del Rio, Texas, did!

No one got hurt. There was no violence. But the Texans who protested Sharpton’s press conference did the country a big favor. They stopped Sharpton from spreading his poison and stoking the flames of racial hatred.

Where Are They?

By the way, where are all the Haitian migrants? Apparently, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas has no clue how many have been deported and how many have been released into the country.

Just to remind you, there’s a massive airlift going on from our southern border to communities like yours all over America that’s bigger than the airlift out of the Kabul airport.

Senator Marsha Blackburn has reported that her Tennessee constituents are telling her about flights landing in the middle of the night and releasing illegal aliens into the community without any notice to local officials.

This onslaught of Third World humanity is a major factor in Biden’s plummeting approval ratings, down to 40% in national polls. If people understood the full extent of the disaster, it would be closer to 30% or worse.

The Biden Crime Family

Now that the left-wing media have finally realized that the Hunter Biden laptop story was legitimate, more disturbing details — unrelated to the laptop — are coming to light. Here’s the latest.

Back in 2015, various interests in Libya were looking to unfreeze billions of dollars in assets that had been seized when the Obama/Biden Administration deposed Muammar Qaddafi. Obviously, they needed someone to lobby for them who had high-level contacts in the administration and, of course, Hunter Biden’s name came up.

Emails show that Hunter demanded a $2 million-a-year retainer. He also insisted on hiring his own close circle of people because his dad was thinking about running for president at the time.

The Libyans considered the pros and cons. On the one hand, Hunter was the vice president’s son, he was close to then-Secretary of State John Kerry’s son and he had “access to highest level in PRC” — that would be communist China.

On the other hand, Hunter had negatives. One email said, “He is alcoholic, drug addict — kicked [out] of U.S. Army for cocaine, chasing low-class hookers, constantly needs money — liquidity problems and many more headaches.”

In fairness, that description is not entirely accurate. Hunter was kicked out of the Navy Reserve. Needless to say, the Libyans went with someone else.

Even though Hunter didn’t get the contract, this is just further evidence of how the Biden crime family has engaged in “pay-to-play” schemes for years, selling access to power to feather its own nest.

Intel Idiots

In spite of the overwhelming evidence of Hunter’s corruption, Big Tech and the “lamestream media” meddled in the election by spiking the story about Hunter Biden’s laptop so that millions of Americans never heard about it.

More than 50 former intelligence officials, many of them high-profile names, issued a statement declaring the laptop story was nothing more than Russian disinformation attempting to influence the election. Based on their statement, dozens of reporters, who ignored the laptop story, dutifully reported that Russia was trying to help Donald Trump win the 2020 election.

There are only two explanations for what these intelligence officials did.

Either they threw the weight of their reputations behind the socialist Democrat Party (raw partisanship they should never be associated with) or these officials were so clueless that they got it totally wrong. There are plenty of reasons to believe either of those explanations, and none of them are good.

If Donald Trump runs again and wins (and the latest poll shows he beats Biden by 10 points) or if another strong conservative wins, a major goal for their administration must be clearing out the bureaucracy and dead wood that has made so much of our intelligence apparatus so ineffective.

Some Encouragement

As of now, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the socialist left appear to be in deep trouble.

• The closet socialists in the Congress are fighting with the open socialists over Biden’s agenda. It’s going to be hard for them to reconcile their differences.

• The collapse of Biden’s approval rating is breathtaking given that the media are still his cheerleaders.

• More conservatives are stepping up in Congress to fight as hard as the left does.

• At least 18 states have passed election integrity laws.

• We have a strong chance to take back the House, and the Senate, which will be more difficult, is looking better.
