The Patriot Post® · Herd Immunity From the Truth
Kathy Spigarelli, writing in The New American, asked “Why is the Covid vaccine being pushed so hard while natural immunity is being ignored?”
She answers: “There is financial gain associated with vaccines. Simply put, natural immunity is not profitable.”
Ms. Spigarelli goes on: “If millions of people don’t need the vaccine or those inevitable booster shots because their body took care of immunity for them, imagine the financial missed opportunity experienced by pharmaceutical companies. Let’s take Moderna, for example. The company’s 2019 revenue was $60 million, compared to a 2021 forecasted revenue of $16 billion. In January of 2019, their stock was valued at about $16 per share. In July of 2021, the stock was selling at around $485 per share. There has been a sea change in the way that people perceive the industry. They’re no longer greedy companies charging outrageous prices. They’re now saving the world. It’s really brilliant PR.”
It’s all true. The same people who used to rail at Big Pharma now praise outfits like Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer to the sky.
We’re all well aware that when we have an actual war — even those futile exercises in places like Iraq and Afghanistan — it’s a financial boon to those companies that manufacture weapons, ammo and aircraft.
It’s no different when it comes to those turning out weapons in the form of vaccines in the war on Covid. They, just like Boeing, Douglas and General Dynamics, have lobbyists spreading money like fertilizer along the corridors of Congress.
We may never know how many billions of dollars Bill Gates will make off his pharmaceutical investments, but I guarantee it’s more than you will. And by “you,” I mean the rest of America.
Why else, besides those obscene profits, do you imagine all those influencers pooh-pooh natural immunity and insist that even those who have had Covid and survived be vaccinated or else?
The “or else” threatens even cops, members of the military, firemen and nurses, with losing their jobs and being ostracized from society.
Either Joe Biden or the American Civil Liberties Union is lying. Normally, it would be both of them. But, amazingly, not in this case. After calling for illegal aliens being awarded $450,000 if parents were separated from their kids, even if they were separated back in Honduras or Guatemala when the parents handed their offspring off to the coyotes to sneak them across our border, Biden wanted them to be rewarded.
But following a predictable backlash from taxpayers who would be footing the bill, Biden retracted his offer. But, according to the ACLU, he didn’t mean it. I guess those sharp-eyed legal beagles spotted him crossing his fingers behind his back.
In this instance, my money is on the ACLU. It figures that Biden hasn’t changed his mind but has decided to pull off the scam in the dead of night. Sort of the way he pulled our troops out of Afghanistan, leaving God only knows how many Americans behind to fend for themselves.
In addition to the Republicans in Virginia making a clean sweep of the top three jobs — governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general — there was other good news on the recent election night.
Although the current governor, Phil Murphy, somehow hung on by his fingertips to keep his job in New Jersey, in New York, commercial truck driver Edward Durr appears to have defeated the president of the state senate, Steve Sweeney.
The story went that Durr pulled it off by spending a mere $153 on his campaign, but the truth isn’t quite that delightful. Apparently, that was the amount he spent during the primary. But he spent the remainder of the $5,000 he had set aside, or $4,847, on the general election.
Still makes a great story. And in a way, it’s even more telling, and far scarier to the DNC, than Youngkin’s victory in Virginia. That’s because it indicated that folks are so fed up with Biden and his boneheaded, anti-American agenda, they are that eager to vote for someone, anyone, with an (R) after his name.
There was more good news in New York City where a black Democrat, an ex-cop named Eric Adams, has pledged to support the police and to get rid of de Blasio’s vaccine mandates, which promised to decimate law enforcement in the five boroughs.
The latest update on the fate of those Trump supporters who were rounded up by the fascistic FBI after the kerfuffle on January 6th is that they are still being held without bail in Washington, D.C. jails; in some cases being beaten by the cops; often without being charged or merely charged with trespassing.
So far, not a word on their behalf from Kamala Harris, who made it her mission to raise bail money for the BLM and Antifa rabble-rousing rioters.
Although pretending he was running against Donald Trump didn’t work out too great for Terry McAuliffe, it hasn’t slowed down the establishment media or the Republican pinheads who still insist on judging Trump’s presidency by his often silly or boorish tweets.
I dare those people to evaluate his presidency on the issues he promoted. When it comes to his actions regarding the border, the economy, abortion rights, energy independence, Middle East treaties or religious rights, I can not imagine anyone but a Bernie Sanders-like Socialist objecting to Trump’s positions.
Just a day or two before the recent elections, Joe Biden, focusing on the gubernatorial race in Virginia, laid it all on the line, saying: “My presidency will be determined by what happens in these elections.”
In the U.K., the prime minister would be calling for a vote of confidence and would not receive it, and a new government would be formed.
Unfortunately, we’re stuck with Biden for another 38 months. And if he somehow exits the scene, we are still left with Kamala Harris.
There are times, I have to confess, when I wish George Washington hadn’t fought quite so hard or so well.
Not well-known for his sense of whimsy, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell wonders if the Yankees and the Mets will be forced by Major League Baseball to leave the city now that the voters have rejected two ballot measures that the progressives insisted were needed to improve voting rights. Both Proposal 3, which would have allowed voters to register on Election Day; and Proposal 4, which would allow voters to cast ballots by mail, were shot down by the voters. Apparently, even New Yorkers are getting sick and tired of Democrats cheating and pretending they’re doing it on behalf of black voters, who seem to have no problem casting their ballots, even though I personally wish they did.
According to Ralph Barnett, Glenn Youngkin won in Virginia thanks to supply chain problems.
On Election eve, he insists, Virginia’s Democrats learned that the fake ballots they’d ordered from China were still in shipping containers stuck in Long Beach harbor.
