In a 2016 video from a talk at Oxford University, Bloomberg said, “I could teach anybody, even people in this room, no offense intended, to be a farmer.” The former New York mayor continued, “It’s a process. You dig a hole, you put a seed in, you put dirt on top, add water, up comes the corn.”

These aren’t slips of the tongue or misspeaks. There are far too many examples of prominent leftists mocking everyday Americans and conservatives for being dumber than a sack of rocks. To them, if you believe in basic things like a strong economy, a secure border, and individual liberty, you’re either an uneducated, toothless backwater hick, a hood-wearing racist, or both.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem slammed Bloomberg: “Every single day farmers work long hours, but they don’t just have to deal with the labor side, they understand genetics and engineering, biology, chemistry. It is incredibly difficult for farmers every day to feed the world and I’m just so proud my entire family is farmers. I’ve been a farmer my entire life. His comment is so out of touch with every day Americans.”
