The Patriot Post® · Tulane Students to Learn Fake News From ... Hunter Biden
Tulane University announced on Wednesday that Hunter Biden will be teaching a 10-week course this summer on the topic of “fake news.” The course is titled, “Media Polarization and Public Policy Impacts.”
No, this isn’t fake news.
President Joe Biden’s 51-year-old son will lecture about “the current state of the media landscape in the United States and how media polarization, fake news and the economics of the new business impact public policymaking in Washington D.C.”
When it comes to fake news, Hunter certainly knows something about spreading misinformation and suppressing the truth. Recall his denials after the New York Post broke its story on his recovered laptop and some of the contents found on it. He dubiously asserted, “Whether or not somebody has my laptop, whether or not it was, I was hacked, whether or not there exists a laptop at all, I truly don’t know.” We have a real Rhodes Scholar here, folks.
At the time, the Bidens blamed “Russian disinformation.” Republican Congressman John Ratcliffe countered the Democrats’ “Russian propaganda” claims unequivocally: “Let me be clear, the intelligence community doesn’t believe that, because there’s no intelligence that supports that, and we have shared no intelligence with Chairman [Adam] Schiff or any other member of Congress that Hunter Biden’s laptop is part of some Russian disinformation campaign — it’s simply not true.”
Even with all that bogus background, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that a leftist school like Tulane would pull a stunt like this. This was the same university that canceled class back in 2016 following Donald Trump’s election victory to set aside a “mourning period” for the students. It would seem that what’s really going on here is Tulane working to support Joe Biden by attempting to rehabilitate Hunter’s image.
In reality, this class is as absurd as having Governor Andrew Cuomo teach a course on geriatric healthcare at Columbia Medical.
