Re: “Biden’s BIG Deficit Lie Hits Your Wallet

“Even if his polices were in any way responsible for this decrease in deficit spending, this is just a reduction from truly horrendous deficit spending to merely outrageous deficit spending. In no way whatsoever does it reduce the debt, which will still increase by more than a trillion dollars (an additional $3,000 per citizen, or about $7,000 per taxpayer, on top of what they already owed). After half a century in DC, Biden should know the difference between deficits and the national debt; conflating the two can arise only from ignorance, dementia, or just plain dishonesty.” —Georgia

Re: “A Sobering ‘Victory Day’ for Russia

“At the onset of this, Ukraine had the Russian military at its border, not the other way around. Russia is the aggressor. Of the times Ukraine has declared itself an independent nation, the latest was 30 years ago after the USSR collapsed. It’s safe to say that the majority of Ukrainians didn’t want to be part of the USSR and don’t want to be part of Russia now. All of the supposedly oppressed ethnic Russians in Ukraine, who supposedly wanted to be part of Russia and who Putin was supposedly so concerned about, had 30 years to emigrate to their preferred homeland, and Putin should have embraced them with open arms. They didn’t, and he didn’t, because they’re Ukrainians. So Putin invaded and killed, and naturally continues to lie about it.” —Illinois

Re: “Democrats Push Radical Abortion Law

“If I recall correctly, it took but one robed despot to give us the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. ObamaCare). Chief Justice John Roberts rewrote the offending part of the bill, the funding, so as to make it less unconstitutional. Of course, it was still unconstitutional and should have gone back to the House to be debated and passed with the new language, then on to the Senate, etc. The problem was the Democrats had lost the House, so Obama’s signature legislation was never going to pass again. They just implemented it anyway. When ignorance in the general population becomes the norm, politicians can get away with these maneuvers.” —Washington

“Betraying the right to life, which is defined in our Declaration of Independence as a self-evident truth, endowed to all by our Creator and unalienable, does all of the following: (1) voids our nation’s reason to exist; (2) forfeits all our nation’s ethical credibility among world nations throughout all human history; and (3) jeopardizes all human rights. Do not fall into the cesspool of using biological terms to defend the right to life. Why? Because the day we submit to a scientific definition is the day we submit to being treated like a lab rat. Abortion is for animals, not the Imago Dei.” —Missouri

Re: “Supreme Spin After Court Leak Yields Mob

“There is an answer to abortion: Be selective in your sexual activity, take precautions (which are available to everyone even if you must pay for it yourself), or abstain from sex until you are ready to have a child. The issue of sexual activity does not belong in the Constitution — it is personal and should be personal in the decisions surrounding it. That is why it is not in government documents, implied or not. Let the protestors do their shouting at the state house — these acts of intimidation have become absurd.” —Colorado
