Within the social biome of a school, children are taught to understand how the world supposedly works. In the ‘90s, children were encouraged to be colorblind and to treat everyone with respect regardless of skin color. Today’s children are instead taught the tenets of critical race theory through rebranded classes like “Ethnic Studies.”

Young girls are the main victims of this psychological torture. Women, both young and old, are inherently social creatures. They care particularly keenly about what other people think — especially as teens. School classes which teach them that being white and straight means they are evil upholders of the institutions that keep their black and brown friends from success are horrifying to them. This teaching goes beyond making “white kids uncomfortable.” These children don’t wish to be seen as evil just because their skin is white. To alleviate that stigma, many are convinced that the only way to escape their racism is to declare that they are LGBTQ+ as a form of self-hatred.

City Journal writer Leor Sapir explains the dilemma perfectly:

Lacking maturity and self-confidence, they [teens] fail to put “anti-racist” indoctrination in its proper context. They do not appreciate its ahistorical, anti-intellectual, and anti-humanist foundations, nor are they aware of the incentives leading teachers and administrators to foist it on them. Being white is not something these teenagers can escape, but they can mitigate its social costs by declaring themselves part of an oppressed group.

Once they’ve fallen into the LGBTQ+ rabbit hole, the anxiety and depression these teens may have been internalizing from being discriminated against are now going to metastasize. The Rainbow Mafia happily pushes these kids from being sad and confused to declaring a gender identity secretly at school. In some cases, it culminates in family separation for “protection.” And it happens so quickly: Horrified parents can find that their teen is being taken away from them simply because they questioned their child’s sexual identity.

Other teens choose the “poor mental health” route to establish their membership in an oppressed class. In other words, they claim to have serious mental disorders such as obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or multiple personality disorder. This is not a perfect solution to their problem, but if they are seen as mentally damaged, they could construe that as being part of an oppressed group. They play at suffering a mental disorder to mask what they cannot actually help — being white.

These two terrible “solutions” — identifying as LGBTQ+ or exploiting poor mental health as a mitigator for being seen as the oppressive class — seem to have one major thing in common: Teens denying what they are because of what they can’t control doesn’t make them feel better. Instead, it separates them from their core support group: their families. This state of affairs generally sends these teens into rapid mental and physical decline.

U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy released a report in 2021 that documents the rise in teen depression and anxiety. According to the data, there has been an uptick in both depression (25%) and anxiety (20%). Suicide attempts in girls have gone up by 51%, and by 4% in boys. This coincided with the COVID lockdowns and the death of George Floyd (which subsequently ramped up the critical race theory indoctrination in schools).

The tree of CRT continues to yield poisonous fruit. Among those bad apples are the ones creating mentally damaged children.
