“I was baptized an Episcopalian and confirmed as an Episcopalian at age 12. I’m the product of 12 years of Sunday School, a former alter boy and crucifer. But when I came home from Vietnam in 1970, my church had changed. I left my home church for many years before returning to find Mother Someone, a lesbian living in the rectory with her partner, officiating. I left the church angry and empty. I am now a member of a Bible-based church, but like Mark Alexander, I miss the old liturgy.” —Connecticut

“The Democrat mantra is that the only poverty in America is that of blacks. But there are more white people living in poverty than there are blacks. And if you define ‘white’ by skin color rather than Northern European, that number is far greater. The whole narrative is baloney and was accelerated hugely with Johnson’s Great Society. Now the Democrats and their fellow travelers want to expand on it by throwing good resources after bad. Obama’s third term is even worse than his first two.” —Virginia

The Dodgers are so eager to support the alphabet people right up until the Catholics, who are supposed to quietly accept the ridicule as usual, suddenly show up in numbers to prove they have a voice too. Then the farcical ‘recognition’ takes place in a virtually empty stadium so they can claim to have shown support to both sides. If someone wrote this as a comedy movie, it would never sell — it’s too ridiculously stupid to be believed.” —Pennsylvania

“If Kennedy were to be the Democrat nominee, he would be a significant challenge to Trump. Trump might beat Biden, but I’m not sure about Kennedy.
