Impending Implosion
Shortly after I commented on the Ministry of Propaganda, aka the “mainstream” media and the Republican establishment, and their Herculean efforts to con and bully voters into voting for candidates who can’t possibly win, big time RINO, Jon Huntsman announced his candidacy for president, and the Ministry went gaga. They tried to make him sound like the savior of the Republican Party and the reincarnation of Ronald Reagan. Not even close.
This clown, in his announcement speech, gushes about how he so respects the Marxist Fraud in the White House, and tells us commoners to clam up and sit down. He’s so far to the left that Obama chose him to be Ambassador to Communist China, whose leader Obama publicly bowed before. Huntsman’s also a long-time member of the Council on Foreign Relations, whose publicly stated purpose is to promote the institution of global government. Hmmm? Seems to me we had a former Ambassador to China as president, before. Seems to me he was a member in good standing of the Council on Foreign Relations, too, lied about “no new taxes,” and started us on a downhill run that has lasted almost 20 years. Caveat emptor…
The Senate, too, lived up to its growing reputation as a sanctuary for elitist, spineless parasites. They voted unanimously – all 100 of ‘em – to approve a man with a clear history of communist sympathies, as our new Secretary of Defense. Leon Panetta has a proven record of public support for a known Communist (http://www.usasurvival.org/ck06.20.2011.html), and was a major player in the anti-military Clinton administration. Hillary, by the way, like Obama-Soetoro, is a disciple of Saul Alinsky. In any case, even the handful of conservatives in the Senate apparently couldn’t bring themselves to say no to Lord Obama.
I guess they still are afraid the Ministry of Propaganda will say bad things about them, like they’re “partisan.” Good grief! That’s why we voted for them, to be partisan! Otherwise, what the heck do we need two parties for?
Sort of on the up side, debt ceiling negotiations broke down, with Eric Cantor walking out over Democrat’s insane insistence on economy-killing tax hikes. However, any raising of the debt ceiling, temporary or not, is totally unacceptable, and should not be on the table. The Democrats ran up our crippling debt while they held majorities in both houses and the presidency, and now refuse to accept responsibility for the consequences of their actions. Indeed, they and the Ministry of Propaganda have begun a new campaign of massive lies, trying to blame Republicans for what they, and they alone, did.
Unfortunately, it looks like the Republican establishment/RINOs are “searching for a compromise.” This has traditionally meant caving to Democrat’s demands, and the Republican establishment are sticklers for maintaining tradition.
If we are going to survive the next year-and-a-half until the 2012 election, we need to start on a new plan of action. We need to get out and get active in our local Tea Party groups, whatever they may be, and if one doesn’t exist in our area, we need to start one. We need to make a serious effort – now – to find candidates to run against those in the Republican Party who have chosen to ignore the People and the Constitution. We need to raise money for their campaigns, and start promoting them now.
And since we have nowhere near enough time to form a viable third party, we need to begin now to literally overwhelm local Republican Party committees, vote ourselves into local party power, and rid the party of the self-serving, out-of-touch sell-outs who have been running the party since 1988.
This amounts to a revolution, but without one, we are likely to see the end of America as we have known and loved it. Michael Reagan said, one night back in the mid-1990s on his radio show, that the difference between a Democrat and a Republican is that it takes a Republican about three weeks longer to become a communist.
Hasn’t changed much, has it? But it can, and we are the ones who can make it happen.
