Americans, mostly, are an incredibly tolerant bunch. Most are so tolerant, in fact, that the only thing they can't tolerate is intolerance. No matter how intolerable someone or some situation is or becomes, them or it - in their view - can and must be tolerated. Today we have people who don't know or understand history, can't face facts, and have no values for which they're really willing to live by. All now easily scarified in the name of tolerance. Personally, I'm seeing a new America. It is one in which by and large the people are no longer worth the powder to defend. Some have said that the Founder's would roll over in their graves to see us now. No. But they certainly could climb out of them to spit in our face. A republic only belongs to those who can keep it. You've had your shot, America. It's over.

Americans by and large are extremely sympathetic, sometimes without a second thought, to oppressed groups, minorities, and other religions. This is especially true of anyone who proclaims their need for religious freedom, a critical key plank in the founding of this country. But this sympathy to the point of blind faith in others is also our greatest weakness, one that radical islam is ready, eager and able to rapidly and devastatingly use against us.

Look around the world, America. Muslims everywhere - especially now in NYC - are loudly proclaiming islam is a religion and they have every right to practice that religion. But in every single country where muslims have become a majority, things change drastically. Sharia law replaces the law of the land. Extremists of the various sects vie for power over their neighborhoods, not different from African war lords. Endless, devastating wars ensue - until one sect becomes dominant. Then every other form of religion is abolished.

Wake up, America. Europe is being colonized for Sharia law. And whether the obamanation is a muslim or just a muslim sympathizer, his actions have proven one thing: America is next.

Brought up as a Muslim and quacks like a Muslim - good enough for me.

Everyone should research Denmark and how Islam has taken this country down. We need immigration laws which do not allow Muslims to gain more than 5% of our population. If that's racist, I'm proud of it.

Saddened by all the wasted retoric. Obama is a radical with a criminal background. Neither fish nor fowl he is following orders and has no regard for the will of the people. I fear the machine politics holding representative government under the control of criminals, since at least 1860, is a permanent feature. And republicans, pretending to embody the same qualities of the founders, while preaching continuous wars abroud, will inevitably be replaced by an even greater lie. The founders were revolutionaries concerned only with securing freedom at home and its continuing maintenance... the people, in their respective states, can handle the rest. But how many people remain who deserve to be called citizens?

A child born to a Muslim father is, by definition, a Muslim. A Muslim who turns from Islam is considered apostate. It takes great courage for a Muslim to convert because the consequences are severe. Here in Saudi Arabia, the penalty is death. If Obama ever were a devout Muslim, it would take incredible courage to convert and admit it publicly. If he's not a Christian, why would he say he is? Let's see how he lives up to the Christian standard he professes.

All who know the truth and purpose of the founders' view will always be the brunt of liberals' ire as long as they can feel secure in getting away with it. As Ann clearly demonstrates, they can with impunity because they purposely deceive the nation into believing up is down and down is up. So far, they have been far too successful. Thank God, Ann and a growing portion of us are intelligent enough to know better.

The loudmouthed, belligerent liars on the left just keep turning up the volume of their lies so they can hopefully drown out the truth. It's not working, and it has them in a tizzy. They hate America, Christians, and conservatives more than anything else, including Islamic terrorists and an Islamic president. But make no mistake, we're in for a real fight. The next move WILL be for this communist government to eliminate the Second Amendment and CONFISCATE every gun in America. Picture yourself transported from your day-to-day life right now to the front line of a battle field in the next town over, with no food or water, no sleep, constant running, a mediocre and probably ineffective weapon, and the UN storm-troppers marching straight at your position. Whether anyone is a Muslim or not is a false issue. What we really need to determine is whether Islam is indeed a religion or a political movement that uses a reference to a deity as a means to world conquest by violent means. If it's the latter (which appears to be the truth) then the practice of Islam in this country is not subject to the protections of the Constitution and indeed, its prcatice is treasonous.

Thank you for your response to my poorly expressed thoughts. I certainly agree that while in this finite world and in our finite bodies and minds we are to run the race. God has promised that He will order our steps which following closely requires that we have to keep moving. I would hazard a guess since you intimated that God could be against you that you haven't received Christ as your Lord and Saviour. As we step forward under Christ's leadership we (as believers) will gladly give our lives to the saving of the United States - in our back yards if necessary. The unbelievers who have an agenda other than Christ's glory will not partake in His sharing of that glory. So the point that was missed (again) is God is in control. The point I did not make plain was EACH of us will have to face God with Christ as our Advocate or alone - which is eternally a terrifying position to be in. The following point that is critical to understand is EACH one of us has to make the decision to be either FOR Christ or AGAINST Him. There are no fence sitters in God's economy. I pray you are a brother in Christ; and if not I pray God will make it plain to you what is important to him - YOU!
