What's really amusing here is that the Left once again reveals they don't really believe the crap they claim to believe. It's all about tolerance, diversity and not judging a group for the actions of a few. Right? But when it comes to the GOP, there's no tolerance at all, they don't care about diversity of opinion and if they can find a single bad thing to say about a Republican (or his kids) they hold that up as "proof" that Republicans are evil. When Liberals whine about judging, what they really mean is "don't judge US, just judge those Right-wing crazies who cling to wrinkled old beliefs in things like reality, rational thought, truth, objectivity, right and wrong, and common sense."

Well I *could* have said an alleged Conservative, but nobody but McCain makes that claim. McCain is a RINO -- Republican In Name Only. He supported amnesty, he opposes strong immigration reform, he supported the bailout, and his reputation as a "maverick" with the Left simply means he consistently votes against his own party. Pretty hard to make the argument that he's more than an "alleged" Republican. Just as Joe Leiberman is often referred to as an "alleged" Democrat -- or was before he switched parties.
