Giving aid and comfort to the enemy. I was taught that this is the legal definition of treason. The enemy is anyone who intentionally breaches the sovereignty of our borders. There are ways to come in legally. I have performed immigration work for a woman from South Africa. She is here permanently, and legally. It took about two years, but it is doable. Why is this process not sufficient for Obama/illegal Mexicans? By the way, this immigrant from South Africa has not committed any crimes in the past few years, and is not on any public dole. I believe that Arizona should file multiple and myriad lawsuits against the president (Not the U.S.) and go on a serious offensive. As a former litigator, I found a good offense to be a good defense. Gross negligence at best, and intentional violation of the sovereignty of Arizona are some likely charges against Obama and Holder.

I agree, we need to start Impeachment as soon as possible, before the blue helmets come to help him stay in power. I don't think he ever plans to leave office, just like Chauvez. He is guilty of Treason and that should not be hard to prove. Maybe the fact that he has used 29 social security numbers will finally be addressed.
