Pelosi's ignorance of all things Constitutional is so evident that she should be required to sit through her Elementary Education classes where it was covered in Social Studies, US History, usually Grade 5.

I had 4th grade pupils who have more knowledge and understanding of what can and cannot be done under Article 1 than this idiot. Andl, for that matter, more than the vast majority of Democrats in office (OR out).

Since the Obama & Associates attempted takeover of the U.S. healthcare is blatantly unconstitutional – what is it going to take to get someone (anyone) to file something like an injunction (or whatever the vehicle to stop this is) to just put a stop to this egregious and unconstitutional attempt by our sitting president and his “team”?

Let’s bring the constitutionality of this whole Obama takeover of healthcare issue to the forefront and out in front for everyone to see.
