Re: Conservatives Must Always Stand for Truth

“Stand for truth we must. I have watched with disgust the emergence of some of these conspiracy nuts on the Right, and when Tucker Carlson used his platform to host an avowed anti-Semite, it was disgraceful. While he has only made such mistakes a few time, Candace Owens seems to have completely lost her mind with her conspiracies about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.” —Colorado

“I think that Carlson’s lapses are his effort to feed his insatiable populist quest for adherents. The Right has always had some fringe elements promoting hate — or at least they claim to be on the Right when, in fact, as James Lindsay might also argue, they have come full circle to the Left.” —Florida

“This is an important article and a line in the sand on upholding the truth. Thanks for having the courage to write it.” —Virginia

“Woke = the deliberate and voluntary abdication from reality. A simple and accurate description.” —California

Re: Sour Lemon and the Leftist Resistance in Minnesota

“There’s a likelihood that much of the anti-ICE disruption is a distraction from the exposure of the billions that was pilfered.” —Illinois

“A street war is a potent weapon of choice for ideological adherents of Marx, Trotsky, and Lenin. Street wars are invariably funded and fomented by such mattoids behind the scenes. They need to be publicly identified and exposed and then prosecuted for insurrection.” —Kentucky

“Do the Democrats not know the difference between a protest and a peaceful assembly? And which one is protected by the Constitution? I don’t get how they can twist words to make them seem lawful. They have no right — repeat: no right — to burst into a church during services for any reason unless they want to attend the service.” —Washington

Re: How Non-Enforcement Turned Immigration Into a Street War

“If I were secretary of homeland security, I would quietly begin training ICE officers to work undercover, and then deputize them as U.S. Marshals. Provide them with very discreet and sophisticated body cameras with facial recognition technology, with access to the database of photographs taken at their time of arrival across the border. Then, deploy them where necessary. Gradually reduce the organized sweeps and deploy more undercover agents and, theoretically, organized resistance efforts will lessen as well. Additionally, I would go to court and seek an injunction against ICE Watch apps as a means of obstruction of justice.” —California

Re: Why Russia and China Care About Greenland — and Why America Must

“A much wiser U.S. approach would be to negotiate with Denmark and Greenland to secure expanded long-term rights for more U.S. military bases and increased access to strategic minerals. There is no indication that either Denmark or Greenland ever resisted such U.S. requests. This is just Trump fixating on the newest shiny object.” —Minnesota

Re: It’s Affordability, Stupid!

“People are wanting instant results, instant gratification. It takes time to clear up the mess that Democrats had four years to develop. President Trump and the Republicans need to get that message across to the voters. The media will continue to counter and not help get prices lower. Why should they? The media wants revenue, and bad news sells.” —Montana

Re: Gore’s Big Climate Lies Didn’t Stand the Test of Time

“In Germany, they shut down all their nuclear power plants — the safest, most reliable source of electricity. Now they have issued a ban on using remote car starters to warm cars on cold days. The ban applies to gas cars, but not hybrids. Why? Because the electricity in the hybrid, like the electricity that ‘fuels’ a Tesla, arrives magically while we’re asleep and causes no nasty pollution. Once again, leaders are punishing the people for the consequences of their own stupid decisions.” —New Hampshire
