Re: The Sad Fight Over Veterans Reform
“I sometimes wish we could fire every politician in Washington, outlaw every lobbyist, and just clean house. Because politicians lie, cheat, and only look out for themselves, we need to start over. Our Founding Fathers did not expect people to camp out in government for decades, enriching themselves. Yet that is what we have. Politicians have ruined our school systems, allowed rampant fraud, and bled the people dry.” —Arizona
“What is VA healthcare? Is it compensation for service-related health problems or injuries? Is it an employment benefit under the enlistment contract? Is it socialist healthcare for a select part of the population? Apparently, it’s being treated as the last, both in the expansive benefits and the hard reality of the shortcomings of socialist healthcare. Realistically, VA care should be limited to treating service-related issues; we can’t afford more unless we cut welfare programs for those who never served.” —Minnesota
Re: The Iranian MOU Is Dead; Long Live the Iranian MOU
“Why all this media talk about ‘three more dead Americans’? Where was all this caring over the last 20-25 years when hundreds of Americans were killed by random strikes on U.S. bases throughout the Middle East? American lives lost in war are nothing new. What is new is the media’s attention toward it because a Republican president is in office. Thank God that we have such brave souls willing to fight the good fight against worldwide evil, especially in the face of small minds controlling and being controlled by an equally small-minded media.” —California
Re: The Trump Show Goes on at WHCD
“A lot of what Trump said was truthful and humorous, but some of it was cringeworthy, taking away from his presidential bona fides. He missed an opportunity to improve his stature and relationship with the so-called media, and instead probably increased the cases of TDS among them.” —Florida
“Of all the people listed, I’m most familiar with Trey Gowdy, and I agree he would be the best option for our whole nation. As for qualifications, let us take each and every Democrat in Congress and see how they stand up against your list. It’s time for all working-class Americans to tune out the leftist talking heads, leftist propaganda, and leftist education; do their own research; and make up their own minds. God gave each of us our very own personal CPU. Let’s not allow others to program it for us.” —California
Re: The Leftmedia Circles the Wagons for the Woke Smithsonian
“Once upon a time in the U.S., it was said, ‘Everything the Left touches, it destroys.’ The same is true today of a media that jumps away from truth the same way most people jump away from poisonous insects. The fact of the matter is that the Left, the media, and the communists are the poisonous insects in America today.” —California
Re: The Biden Tapes Confirm It
“Once again, the DNC has proven itself to be an ‘existential threat’ (its own term!) to our constitutional Republic. Only a fierce hater of the United States would want to vote for or elect any of these hostile enemies of the state.” —North Carolina
Re: The Misplaced Hype Over Data Centers
“Consider what data centers do. You can access online banking from your home or from anywhere across the country while traveling. Your medical records are also accessible via the Internet. Financial institutions use data centers. Hospitals use data centers. AI is just a small part of the picture. As stated, it’s already here, and we will need more data centers to avoid inconveniences.” —Montana
Re: Godless America?
“We should all take great comfort in knowing that our God in Heaven will never fret, wring His hands, or pace back and forth in His throne room. He is in total and complete control of the affairs of men and of every square inch of the very universe He spoke into creation. Hold fast to the promises of God and your salvation in Christ. The Kingdom of God will keep moving forward until the appointed time of the return of Christ — at the coming rapture of His church. Jesus reminds us of the times we are living in: ‘We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work’ (John 9:4). Preach the Gospel; the darkness is coming.” —North Carolina
