Jon Ossoff is a 33-year-old inheritance-welfare recipient and Jewish white guy from Atlanta. He thus represents practically the polar opposite Democrat constituent identity from his black, radical, and perhaps anti-Semitic “running mate,” the Reverend Raphael Warnock. While Warnock is challenging Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler, Ossoff is facing Republican Senator David Perdue in a critical runoff in Georgia on January 5. But who is Jon Ossoff really?

His Wikipedia bio says, “Since 2013, Ossoff has been managing director and chief executive officer of Insight TWI, a London-based investigative television production company that works with reporters to create documentaries about corruption in foreign countries.” His millionaire father, Richard, who bankrolled Jon’s half-million-dollar DC house a few years back, helped his son buy a controlling stake in that media company.

Young Ossoff also was an intern for the late John Lewis and a staffer for Representative Hank Johnson. During his tenure advising Johnson on national security issues, the congressman infamously mused in a hearing on troop movement on Guam whether doing so would cause the island to “tip over and capsize.” No word on Ossoff’s personal role in that hilarity.

On a more serious note, while Ossoff claims he doesn’t support radical left-wing proposals like Medicare for All or the Green New Deal, or the latest insane rallying cries of defunding the police or packing the Supreme Court, he does support statehood for DC and Puerto Rico, and he will consider eliminating the legislative filibuster. He also welcomed the support of Bernie Sanders, who just happens to be one of the socialist architects of Medicare for All and the Green New Deal. In any case, if you think Ossoff wouldn’t be a reliable vote for Chuck Schumer’s radical agenda to “change America,” think again.

This also isn’t the first Georgia runoff for Ossoff. Back in 2017, he faced Republican Karen Handel in a special election for Tom Price’s House seat. Despite lavish funding from California and outspending his opponent 7-1, he lost what was at the time the most expensive House race in history.

Nevertheless, one of his most hypocritical talking points back then was decrying “unchecked anonymous money” in politics. Now that he’s running one of the most expensive Senate campaigns in history, he’s not complaining about money quite as much.

Speaking of money, Ossoff gets a lot of it from Hollywood, despite telling Georgia’s voters that “some folks in Hollywood look down” on them. The problem is that with Georgia becoming the “Hollywood of the South,” it’s not so much that the elites are looking down on the Peach State as they are turning it blue, all while making economic threats over policy. It’s not just Democrat money flooding the state; it’s Democrat voters moving from other places.

Finally, The Washington Free Beacon reports that Richard Ossoff “met with Chinese ‘dignitaries’ while touring a 60-foot yacht he purchased from a China-based shipbuilder tied to Communist Party officials.” And Jon’s own media company has received ChiCom cash too. We suppose that means he’ll fit in just fine with Joe Biden. He does not, however, fit in with most Georgia voters, and we hope that becomes plain on January 5.
