Re: “The Grim Cost of Grooming Children

“This is extremely sad, and I am starting to think it is entirely the fault of social media. There have always been ‘woke’ people and an LGBTQ struggle, just a more private, personal dilemma. That’s not to say it was not important or to deny that LGBTQ individuals are human beings suffering through something. But it is to acknowledge that no one deals with personal struggles the same. The answer is to encourage everyone that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Social media and the anonymity it provides has created a sublayer of anger and meanness in our society that will become part of our culture. The result will only further divide us all.” —Georgia

“Sexual confusion seems to be very stressful. Taking drugs or having surgery doesn’t seem to be a solution. Particularly when those making any attempt to assume the physical characteristics of a sex other than what they were born as are stigmatized by a large percentage of society. Encouraging people to make public spectacles of themselves in an attempt to normalize something that is never going to be normal is likely to add sufficient stress to cause suicidal thoughts.” —Florida

Re: “‘LGBTQ’ Activists Fear Abortion Rights Reversal

“When I read this stuff it makes me want to vote. Don’t miss your state’s upcoming primaries. Pick wisely, get to know who you’re voting for, read your state info, and talk to friends — but vote. We all are needed to vote so we overwhelm the cheating we already know will happen. If Democrats did it once, they’ve probably been doing it for decades. Don’t fall for mail-in voting. We are citizens and we need to make the time to ensure we reduce any chance of cheating. Oregon has been voting by mail since the early ‘90s. It has turned the state into supermajority rule by the Dems. We were purple before mail-in voting.” —Oregon

Re: “'Unity,’ He Snarled

“Biden’s incoherency aside, there is a reason for his waffling and flip-flops. Leftists have an inherent characteristic that compels them, for example, to support spending hikes and then complain about high taxes, or to support leniency for criminals and then suffer more recidivism and crime. And none of them will admit that our inflation is a result of Biden’s spending. It’s this same characteristic that compels them to laugh off the damage they cause, or to blame others, or to simply pretend there are no problems. Biden thinks our economy is booming despite the Dow being approximately 22% below where it would have been under Trump’s trajectory.” —Illinois

Re: “Making Sense of the Student Loan Scam

“I’m glad you mentioned the Republicans getting nothing done. After watching their lack of performance in Trump’s first two years and very little progress since, I won’t hold my breath for much change unless voters elect some new players. If we continue to vote for career politicians, the results will be the same. We need new, younger minds with some life experience and expectancy. Then, if the people follow up with term limits for all who serve, we might start to climb out of the hole we’re currently still digging. The U.S. has fundamentally changed over the past 100 years, far from its founding principles and moral standing. We must abandon those things dividing us and encourage the things we know will work.” —Oregon

Re: “The Times v. the Tucker Factor

“The Left used Martin Luther King as it has other people and movements for its own purpose and goals. Now that King is dead, the Left has dumped him and gone to use other groups and methods. It has duped our youth, unions, education system, journalists, and entertainment industry and will until these people and groups have won leftists the power they want. Once attained, they, too, will be tossed aside. Communism is a lie, an opiate to dumb down believing followers until reality proves to them they were suckers.” —North Carolina

Re: “Thursday Short Cuts

“The Dems’ fear that the abortion ruling will take away ‘other rights’ that were decreed by SCOTUS and were never voted upon by the American people may just be true. For decades, SCOTUS has unconstitutionally legislated from the bench in matters belonging solely to the states, a violation of the 10th Amendment. This included laws governing marriage, voting, abortion, education, etc. It is time they were reined in, all those illegal laws rescinded, and the decisions on these matters rightfully returned to the states.” —Pennsylvania

“Everybody and everything got better during the Trump administration, except the constant attacks by the Dems, which did get worse. In contrast, Dems never make anything better. Start with Democrat-controlled cities and states. Name any one that has improved with Dem leadership. One. Have black lives improved? Hispanics? Asians? Native Americans? Since LBJ, all they got was lip service. Trump did so much, which is the reason the Dems must keep him off the ballot. They fear fighters like him. Eight percent of Americans support the woke agenda. Why do we bend over backwards for them?” —Nevada
