At the August Democrat confab, remarks delivered by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and the rest of their leftist “enemies of the people” studiously avoided any mention of the race riots they and their state-level Democrat Party counterparts have spawned across the nation.

After the DNC speakers painted a hateful and dark portrait of America, with all the divisive trimmings that keep their socialist lemmings in voting queues, this week Democrats and their Leftmedia echo chambers predictably and absurdly declared that the Republican convention speakers’ portrayal of American exceptionalism was “dark, dark, dark.”

But ahead of President Donald Trump’s acceptance speech Thursday night, Biden and Harris, after three months of deafening silence regarding their constituents’ riotous rampages in Democrat-run cities since George Floyd’s death, they were forced by political polling to pretend to condemn the violence they spent the last three months encouraging.

Still refusing to directly condemn their Marxist “Black Lives Matter” radicals or their so-called “antifa movement” of self-styled “anti-fascist” fascists, who are responsible for the violence, Biden and Harris spoke up — accusing Trump of “fanning the flames of hate.” For sure, the “Silence is Violence” mantra adopted by the Left certainly describes the net results of their not condemning those groups.

Recall, it was Harris a in June, who expresses her support for the violent and lawless “peaceful protests” taking place across our country: “They’re not gonna stop before Election Day in November, and they’re not gonna stop after Election Day. Everyone should take note of that, on both levels, that they’re not going to let up — and they should not.”

In case you missed it, she said, “and they should not.” (See the Harris video.)

In an interview with Stephen Colbert, as the urban violence was gaining momentum, he asked Harris: “Because…it has to be sustained in order to maintain the pressure and to…bring this kind of justice that is being called for, how important is it for these protests to continue?” Without missing a beat, Harris responded, “It’s critically important.” She added: “The only way we’re going to truly achieve change is when there are people in the system who are willing or pushing to do it, and when there are those folks outside of the system demanding it. I am very clear that some of the success that we have been able to achieve around criminal justice reform would not have happened in recent years were it not for Black Lives Matter — and the intensity and brilliance of that movement…”

Got that? “It’s critically important” that the protests continue — at least through election day.

After The New York Times, Politico, and even CNN’s Don Lemon raised concerns that the Biden-Harris silence on the “fiery but mostly peaceful protests” might politically backfire after the latest round of urban madness, Biden emerged from his rat-hole bunker to wrap a 10-second comment on violence in fallacious claims about “systemic racism,” the canard Demos have used to foment all the violence.

Predictably, Biden is attempting to blame-shift the riots to Trump, insisting it’s Trump’s fault. Biden says the president is “rooting for more violence,” insisting, “He views this as a political benefit to him. He’s rooting for more violence, not less, and is clear about that.” That constitutes the essence of a “BIG Lie”: Accuse your opponent of doing exactly what you have spent the last three months doing.

As National Review’s Andrew McCarthy makes plain, “It’s a Straight Line from Biden to BLM”: “An unmistakable correlation between the radical Left’s extortionate violence and the sudden tightening of polls has stirred the Democrats’ senescent standard-bearer to bolt the basement. … He’s got a tiger by the tail in the radical Left, which is turning electoral battlegrounds into smoldering battlefields. So now he’s hustling into the hustings with a narrative about what’s motivating his fellow travelers. … It is Trump supporters, we are told, who are ‘recklessly encouraging violence’.”

As Forbes’s Andrew Solender notes, Biden is trying to “flip the script by asking, "Are you safe in Trump’s America.” But the reality is, nobody is safe in Biden’s America. NOBODY.

But it is not Trump who has been promoting the violence with incendiary claims, while at the same time promoting the defunding of police. What Biden and Harris have opened the door for is the question why, after being AWOL for three months, they are finally condemning the violence?

Like the riots in Minneapolis that started the urban violence outbreak across the nation, the latest “peaceful protests” in Kenosha are the result of local, state and national Democrat inaction.

The Republican Attorney Generals Association’s Executive Director Adam Piper, noted this week: “It is 100 days too late for Joe Biden and other Democrat leaders to pretend they care about keeping our streets and neighborhoods peaceful. In fact, Biden only addressed the violence sweeping the nation and made a trip to war-torn Kenosha, Wisconsin, this week, after public polling indicated it was in his political best interest to do so. In contrast, Republican attorneys general have condemned the violent rioting, looting, and destruction of cities from the beginning. The only way to stop the Democrat politicians who are enabling the madness is by voting Republican up and down the ballot on November 3.”

President Trump made clear in his convention remarks who has actually been “rooting” for violence until the polls changed. According to the president:

“In the strongest possible terms, the Republican Party condemns the rioting, looting, arson, and violence we have seen in Democrat-run cities all, like Kenosha, Minneapolis, Portland, Chicago, and New York, and many others, Democrat-run. … During their convention, Joe Biden and his supporters remained completely silent about the rioters and criminals spreading mayhem in Democrat-run cities. They never even mentioned it during their entire convention. Never once mentioned. Now, they are starting to mention it because their poll numbers are going down like a rock in water. … It is too late, Joe. In the face of left-wing anarchy and mayhem in Minneapolis, Chicago, and others, Joe Biden’s campaign did not condemn it. They donated to it. At least 13 members of Joe Biden’s campaign have donated to a fund to bailout vandals, arsonists, and anarchists, looters and rioters from jail. … As long as I am president, we will defend the absolute right of every American citizen to live in security, dignity, and peace. If the Democrat Party wants to stand with anarchists, agitators, rioters, looters, and flag burners, that is up to them. But I as your president will not be part of it. The Republican Party will remain the voice of the patriotic heroes who keep America safe and salute the American flag.”

Trump added: “How can the Democratic Party ask to lead our country when it spent so much time tearing down our country? … On November 3, we will make America safer. We will make America stronger. We will make America prouder. And we will make America greater than ever before. I am very proud to be the nominee of the Republican Party.”

And, on the heels of President Trump’s remarks, it’s clear why Nancy Pelosi has advised Joe Biden, “I don’t think there should be any debates.” Nevertheless, on the same day, Biden committed to three debates, declaring he will be a “fact checker on the floor.” I will believe that when I see it…

For the record: Democrats were, are, and will continue to be the party of black oppression. Demonstrably, the Democrat Party is now, simultaneously, the author and beneficiary of its subjugation of generations of poor Americans under their systemic racism and systemic poverty, which they both seeded and institutionalized over the last century.
