"I have vowed to no longer give Chick-fil-A my money until it corrects the trajectory it seems to be on at this time. My family has been a big supporter and has enjoyed CFA for a very long time. I guess now it’s okay if it opens up on Sunday? A slippery slope is hard to climb up but easy to slip down. Once you give up the high ground, it’s difficult to regain it, especially when those you betrayed are the ones who helped get you to the high ground in the first place.” —Texas

“I watched President Trump’s speech. I also watched the critiques from Fox News and CNN. As expected, Fox was positive, and CNN was in line with most of the other liberal-controlled MSM outlets in its condemnation of everything Trump touted as negative. Trump forgot to mention that there has never been more division between conservatives and liberals, and I don’t see that ever changing. “There are very practical reasons why Americans don’t want EVs. We’ve seen how useless or deadly they are in all types of extreme weather (blizzards, floods, hurricanes). And many millions of Americans commute long distances or live in rural areas where even gas stations are sparse. A cold battery produces less energy, and recharging an EV requires hours, not minutes. We in rural North Dakota don’t have time to sit around in town, kicking our heels and waiting for a vehicle to charge so we can go home. Indeed, there are stretches of highway in Montana and the Dakotas where it’s prudent to fill your gas tank any time you see a gas station — because it could be hours before you encounter another one.” —North Dakota

Since our history is being rewritten, maybe ‘El Cid’ and ‘Khartoum’ can help you see how Islam is out to conquer the world. Even Robin Hood is about Islam’s effort to take over that part of the world. Or maybe you could find some accurate history books and read about how Islam tried to conquer Europe but was finally driven out.” —Oregon

“I just retired as a nationally certified firearms instructor of 18 years. Not one of my 500-plus students has broken the law; it’s guaranteed I would have been contacted, as every single one of them has a certificate with my name on it. The war against guns in general is coming from the Left, which is desperate to disarm this nation. Disarm is the game; one-party rule is the aim. Think not? My once red state of Colorado has become the poster child for gun control. Pay attention.” —Colorado
