Biden’s Weakness
Why would this barely cognizant, weak president command any respect around the world?
After being AWOL over the Columbus Day holiday weekend while innocent Israelis were being slaughtered, President Biden finally spoke out and addressed the savage attack Tuesday.
In one dramatic moment where he showed some real energy, Biden warned groups and nations in the region to not try to take advantage of this situation. “I have one word,” Biden said. “Don’t. Don’t.”
Not long after Biden spoke, mortars were fired at Israel from Syria. Yesterday, Hezbollah launched an attack on Israeli ground units. The Jewish state is clearly facing the growing threat of a multi-front war.
When Joe Biden says “Don’t,” not one bad guy in the entire world loses a second of sleep. Why would this barely cognizant, weak president, who routinely surrenders to the demands of America’s enemies, command any respect around the world?
Even now, after everything we have witnessed over the past five days, he still refuses to secure our borders.
Why would any of the strongmen who live by the code of “blood and iron” be deterred from their plans by “Don’t” from this president?
By the way, check out this picture of Biden meeting with the National Security Council. Notice all the name plates on the table are facing Biden. Does he really not know who his top security officials are?!
There was one obvious thing missing from Biden’s address, and it was another four letter word — “Iran.”
Not one administration official Tuesday — not Secretary of State Antony Blinken, not National Security Adviser Josh Sullivan, not spokesman John Kirby — mentioned Iran unless they were directly asked about Iran. And then their response was to defend Iran. Pathetic!
The Wall Street Journal cited multiple sources indicating that Iran was involved in the attack. Hamas itself said Iran approved the attack. Common sense tells us Iran was involved, given the extremely complex and coordinated strategy of this attack.
But, once again, we are reminded of what the Obama Administration before and the Biden Administration now is committed to — they want to reorient U.S. policy away from Israel and toward Iran.
So, Biden is sending billions of dollars to Iran, and he’s now scrambling to provide additional resources to Israel to fight the inevitable attacks from Iran.
Trump Was Right
The great tragedy is that just a few years ago, we had a president who repeatedly said “Don’t,” and Iran, North Korea, the Taliban and various terrorist groups listened and they “didn’t.”
When Donald Trump was preparing to draw down U.S. troops in Afghanistan, he warned the Taliban that if one American was harmed, we would “hit you harder than any country has been hit before.” He also sent the Taliban leader a picture of his house and told him to “figure it out.” He knew exactly what Trump meant.
When Syria’s dictator gassed innocent civilians at the beginning of Trump’s presidency, he launched major missiles strikes against Syrian military targets. During dessert at Mar-a-Lago, Trump leaned over to Premier Xi and gave him a heads-up about the headlines he would see the next day.
When Iran threatened U.S. forces in the Middle East, Trump took out the ayatollah’s terrorist mastermind.
The stolen election of 2020 is causing a ripple of death and destruction around the world.
By the way, when Joe Biden gave Iran $6 billion in sanctions relief, Trump warned that it would cause a war. Sadly, he was right.
And it’s more than just the money to Iran. Joe Biden restored funding to the Palestinian Authority, which is subsidizing terrorism against innocent Israelis. He also restored funding to corrupt U.N. agencies that undermine Israel’s security.
Believe Them
The demonstrations by Hamas sympathizers in virtually every major Western city is the direct consequence of open borders and stupid immigration policies. But it’s critically important to pay attention to what these thugs are telling us.
They’re not chanting “Stop The Settlements” or “Down With Netanyahu.” If they were demonstrating against Israeli policies or because they think Israel has mistreated some people, that’s what they would be chanting.
Instead, they are chanting “Gas The Jews” and other slogans calling for the destruction of the Jewish state and genocide. They don’t hate Israel because of its foreign policy or its government. They hate Israel because they hate Jews.
Anti-Zionism, which is so fashionable on our college campuses these days, is anti-Semitism. Israel is the homeland of the Jews. There are dozens of Muslim nations in the world, but there is only one Jewish nation. And for radical Islamic supremacists, that’s one too many.
The intention and the desire of the people we see in New York, in London and in Sydney chanting “Gas The Jews” is to kill all the Jews, just like their mentor Adolf Hitler and Satan himself.
When our genocidal Islamic supremacist enemies tell us exactly who they are, just as Hitler did in Mein Kampf, we should believe them.
Theologically, I would argue that Satan made his decision when God made His covenant with Abraham to be his God and the God of his descendants. Throughout the Old Testament, God repeats His promise, “I will be their God and they shall be My people.”
We must not lose sight of the fact that Israel is Ground Zero in the great struggle that is waging all around us, ultimately leading to Messiah’s return.
Barbarians Inside The Gates
The demonstration this weekend in Times Square by socialists and Hamas sympathizers was outrageous and disgusting. Sadly, it wasn’t an isolated incident.
Black Lives Matter Grassroots issued a statement defending Hamas’s murderous rampage as “a desperate act of self-defense,” adding, “their resistance must not be condemned.” And there was a pro-Hamas demonstration in Dearborn, Michigan, Tuesday.
Speaking of Dearborn, Fox News caught up with the congresswoman from Dearborn, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, as she was walking through the Capitol Building. Reporter Hillary Vaughn asked Tlaib at least half a dozen times to comment on the atrocities committed by Hamas.
“Congresswoman, Hamas terrorists have cut off babies’ heads and burned children alive. Do you support Israel’s rights to defend themselves against this brutality?”
Tlaib refused to comment.
“Congresswoman, why do you have a Palestinian flag outside your office if you do not condone what Hamas terrorists have done to Israel?”
Tlaib refused to comment.
“Do Israeli lives not matter to you?”
Tlaib refused to comment.
Sadly, I guarantee you won’t see or read about this shameful exchange between Tlaib and Hillary Vaughn in any so-called “mainstream media” outlet.
We’re constantly being told that people like Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Green are putting their ambitions above the country and undermining democracy. We’re constantly being told that “right-wing hate and extremism” is the biggest national security threat to America.
What about those who sympathize with genocidal terrorists?
I would suggest that the FBI might want to check out the individuals at the Dearborn and Times Square demonstrations. Maybe look into the folks at Black Lives Matter Grassroots, too. But I suspect the Bureau is too busy spying on concerned parents, conservative churches and MAGA supporters.
Condemning barbarism and genocide should be an easy thing to do. Any member of Congress who can’t do that should be expelled!
But it’s not just Tlaib. It’s Ilhan Omar. It’s Cori Bush. It’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. They have demonstrated their anti-Semitism again and again.
But Democrats can’t go too far in condemning anti-Semitism and hate on the left. They need the votes of radical Islamist constituencies, which are growing in America because our stupid immigration policies are literally importing hate.
Speaker Update
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise won the GOP caucus vote for speaker 113 to 99 over Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan. An election for speaker by the full House of Representatives is expected to take place today. It is still unclear, however, if Scalise has votes to secure the gavel on the House floor.
