Yea, without a doubt, this is the topic du jour, perhaps for the week. In the waning days of the Biden administration, Joe Biden went against his very own words and pardoned his son, Hunter. How many times did we have to hear Biden and his White House mouthpiece, Karine Jean-Pierre, state that “no one is above the law?” Well, that is true unless you are aligned with the progressive socialist left. And what is even more disconcerting is the comprehensive nature of this pardon…it covers anything over the past 10 years. And to witness Joe Biden doing this and then hopping on a plane to Angola.

Just to remind everyone, Hunter Biden, who thought he would get some sugar plea deal, was found guilty of federal gun charges and nine counts of tax evasion. These are all felony offenses, and you just have to wonder, what precedent does this establish for all those for whom the law does apply? A full and unconditional pardon? This was not about any political issues; these were federal felony charges. As well, how can Joe Biden deliver a pardon for anything over the past decade? Yeah, you can firmly understand why the Democrats are against someone like Kash Patel being the Director of the FBI.

Think about this: all of us who seek to enjoy our Second Amendment rights, why be truthful on an ATF Form 4473? It is well known that falsifying information on your 4473 background security check is a punishable felony offense. FFLs (Federal Firearm License) who are responsible for ensuring accuracy on these forms and record keeping under punishment of a felony offense, what does this say to them? Yes, no one is above the law unless you have favor with the progressive socialist leftists. How many people are sitting in jail or have faced stiff fines for which Hunter Biden was just pardoned?

There is no such thing as the rule of law when it comes to leftists…there is only “rule.” Laws are only applied to their political opposition. Case in point, how many times did Al Sharpton visit the White House during the reign of Barack Obama, and he is a known tax cheat? How many IRS agents owe back taxes, yet we are supposed to care that the IRS is running short of cash for auditors? And this is after the American taxpayers footing the bill for 87K new IRS agents.

See, no one is above the rule of law unless you are an illegal immigrant, for whom many leftist Governors are willing to resist and obstruct deportation efforts. We have had reports of anywhere from 425K-600K criminal illegal immigrants being in our Country. But, as Illinois Governor Pritzker stated, “You will have to go through him to get to his people.” His people? Yes, I guess they are above the rule of law (our Constitution), all because the leftists see them as an electoral base. It is apparent that the States where Kamala Harris was successful are States that do not have voter ID laws.

Joe Biden is guilty of lying to the American people. Joe Biden has upped the threshold for presidential pardons with his decade-long disregard of the law for his Son. And the presumption is now that there could be ties to him, hence why he moved to block any future investigations and prosecutions of Hunter.

We hear so often people quipping about two Americas. Well, Joe Biden just evidenced such. It is not about oppressors vs oppressed. It is about those for whom the rule of law applies and those who are truly deemed above the law. Let’s just play the imagine game…what if this was President Trump and it was Donald Trump Jr.? Yeah, you all know what the leftist media would be saying right now…which again is the reflection on the two Americas. The American house cannot be divided on the issue of the rule of law; it must apply to all equally. The leftists have come up with this politically driven assertion called social justice. I would prefer to just have the rule of law followed and justice be issued blindly.

A jury found Hunter Biden guilty, being the president’s son has no bearing on the verdict. Joe Biden said no one is above the rule of law. His action to pardon Hunter Biden and the subsequent leftist media embrace was very loud and clear.
