Roberts Misses the Forest
What he failed to mention are much bigger threats to the separation of powers and to his own Supreme Court coming from the left.
Chief Justice John Roberts released a statement Tuesday regarding the controversial rulings of multiple district court judges. While avoiding Donald Trump by name, Roberts said calls for the impeachment of federal judges “is not an appropriate response” to disagreements over a decision.
Roberts issued this latest statement because multiple House Republicans and President Trump have called for the impeachment of several rogue judges. One is Judge James Boasberg, who issued an insane order to bring violent gang members back to America after they had been deported.
But what was missing from Roberts’ statement was the entire forest right in front of him.
Why did he single out the issue of impeachment when there is no real possibility of a federal judge actually being impeached? What he failed to mention are much bigger threats to the separation of powers and to his own Supreme Court coming from the left.
Multiple unelected district court judges, the lowest rung on the judicial ladder, in rapid-fire succession are issuing orders preventing the president of the United States from implementing his agenda anywhere in the entire country.
So, the district court judge in Washington, D.C., issues an order that applies to criminal illegal aliens everywhere in the country whom we are trying to kick out of the country.
A judge issues an order declaring the commander-in-chief cannot decide that transgenderism is incompatible with combat readiness.
A judge in San Francisco rules that bureaucrats in Washington, D.C., can’t be fired.
Does Chief Justice Roberts actually want to hear an additional 129 cases? Because that’s how voluminous the left’s lawsuits are – and we’re on Day 59! Roberts should be issuing a statement telling his own branch of government that they are out of line to be taking on what only the Supreme Court can do.
This statement, combined with the fact that Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett just blew an excellent opportunity to uphold the separation of powers, is very disturbing.
If John Roberts allows rogue district court judges to turn the Trump administration into a failure by stopping him from doing what the American people voted for, he will ensure that the neo-Marxist forces who want Justice Roberts’ head on a pike will regain power. And once they have power, they will not hesitate to forever “fundamentally transform” his precious Supreme Court.
Welcome Home
With incredible precision, stranded astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams were brought home with equipment and technology provided by Elon Musk’s SpaceX company. Wilmore and Williams were on a mission scheduled to last seven or eight days. They were stranded in space for nine months.
Elon Musk did what the Biden administration could not do or would not do. Musk offered his SpaceX Dragon to the Biden White House, but they turned him down. Just another example of Joe Biden’s pettiness.
Once again, the media’s coverage is a flashing warning light on how committed the press is to indoctrinating the “sheeple” so they can’t discern what is actually happening.
Many media outlets reported the rescue story without mentioning that SpaceX, with its incredible technology, was a creation of Elon Musk, who spent $100 million of his own money to start the company. Musk figured out how to get rockets to return and land upright on launching pads – something NASA never did.
Meanwhile, Musk’s name is automatically front and center of any report on budget cuts. He is subjected to nonstop criticism on everything he does from the left-wing New York Times to CNBC.
On this unbelievable achievement, you needed a magnifying glass while reading any major American newspaper to know that this rescue of our stranded astronauts would not have happened without Elon Musk.
This great success should have been a unifying moment. But the American media has not even emphasized that we had astronauts stranded in space. To do so would have made the Biden administration look terrible – again.
Most Americans probably don’t know that Wilmore and Williams were up there nine months when they were only meant to be there for several days. The nation should have been gathered around their television sets watching this the way we did during other unifying moments in our history.
But the buildup was not there. There wasn’t a constant media drumbeat promoting it. The media’s drumbeat is “Musk bad! Burn Teslas!” (See below.)
Sustaining Faith
For several months, I have wondered how these astronauts were holding up and dealing with the extended separation from their families. Here’s an answer from one of them, Butch Wilmore:
“Well, I can tell you honestly, my feeling on all of this goes back to my faith. It’s bound in my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is working out His plan and His purposes for His glory throughout all of humanity … and however that plays out, I am content because I understand that.
"I understand that He’s at work in all things, some things are for the good – go to Hebrews Chapter 11 – and some things look to us to be not so good. But it’s all working out for His good, for all those that will believe. And that’s the answer.”
Left-wing Hate
Dangerous violence aimed at Elon Musk and Tesla is sweeping the country. It’s astonishing to observe that, given how the left has been obsessively promoting the electric car industry for so many years. We were killing the planet, but electric cars were going to save us.
Now, Hollywood celebrities, leftist politicians, and Democrats who want to be president are rushing to show off their latest “virtue signal” by giving up their Teslas … for “gas-guzzling” SUVs.
So, climate change and global warming are no longer existential threats? Congratulations, Elon, you solved another major issue!
By the way, 300 people attending a climate conference in California had to be rescued last week … from heavy snowfall.
Big Leftist Media, translation: all media, are routinely describing arson attacks on Tesla dealerships, the destruction of people’s cars, and vandalism of charging stations as simple “protests.”
When a conservative goes to a university campus and says, “All lives matter,” that is described as “hate speech” and “verbal violence” that makes people feel unsafe. But someone engaging in actual violence the left approves of, that’s just “protesting.”
That’s why the BLM 2020 riots were “mostly peaceful protests” and the January 6th demonstration, where the vast majority of people did nothing wrong, was a “violent insurrection.”
Radical leftists have created a website and published the names and addresses of Tesla owners across the country. The cursor on the site is a Molotov cocktail. Where in the world did anyone get the idea that firebombing Tesla showrooms and damaging private property is a heroic act?
Well, in recent weeks, multiple Democrats have fired up left-wing crowds with violent rhetoric. Here are some examples:
- Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) – “We are going to fight it [Trump’s agenda] legislatively. We are going to fight it in the courts. We’re going to fight it in the streets.”
- Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) – “We will not take this! We will fight back! … Shut down the city! We are at war… We are at war!”
- Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) – “We will see you in the court, in Congress, in the streets.”
- Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) – “We are gonna be in your face, we are gonna be on your a–es, and we are going to make sure you understand what democracy looks like, and this ain’t it.”
- Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) – “We have to fight this in the courts. We have to fight this in the Congress. We have to fight this in the streets. We need to fight this all over America.”
That’s not a call for civic action. There’s no euphemism for “fighting in the streets.” If someone generically said, “We’re going to fight them,” no one would raise an eyebrow.
But “fight them in the streets” has an entirely different meaning. Democrats are encouraging actual violence.
Who Are These People?
I have not tracked every incident, but I have noticed that a few of these attacks have one thing in common.
Lucy Grace Nelson firebombed a Tesla dealership in Colorado. “Lucy” looks like “she” is at least six feet tall and about 250 pounds.
Erin L. White attacked a Tesla dealership in Illinois. As one columnist put it, “Erin” could win “a lookalike contest of would-be Trump assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks.”
Allison Tesla firebombed a Tesla dealership in Oregon. If you see the pattern and guessed that “Allison” really might be “Adam,” go to the front of the class.
The violence coming from the transgender community is one of the most widespread and outrageous cover-ups meant to keep the American people clueless about what is out there right now. It is beyond troubling.
And it reflects the left’s nonstop rhetoric of accusing anyone who opposes cutting body parts off of little children of being a “hater” who wants a “transgender genocide.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi condemned the Tesla attacks as “domestic terrorism.” Good for her. I hope she will seriously investigate “Transtifa” and “Trans Army” activists.
