Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury. Judge Dugan was the zealot masquerading as a judge who helped a criminal illegal alien escape her courtroom to avoid being arrested by federal law enforcement.
 
Thankfully, her escape plan failed, and the criminal alien was captured outside the courthouse. Now, this so-called “judge” is facing two federal charges – felony obstruction of a federal agency and a misdemeanor charge of concealing a person to help them avoid arrest.
 
The Biden administration and its political allies convened multiple grand juries to try to put Donald Trump and members of his team in prison. Now, we have an administration that convenes grand juries to hold accountable government officers at all levels who use their power to undermine law enforcement. That’s progress!
 
In a related matter, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said Tuesday that three Democrat members of Congress assaulted federal law enforcement agents when they attempted to force their way into the Newark, New Jersey, immigration detention center. That is a criminal offense.
 
House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries warned Tuesday that nobody should try to arrest those three members of his caucus.
 
Not long ago, Jeffries was among those getting up every morning and rhythmically saying, “No one is above the law.” Unless you’re a Democrat Congress “critter,” evidently.
 
I don’t know what the next move will be. I assume lawyers at the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security are doing the calculus to figure out what is the most useful option to restore the rule of law.
 
But if they ultimately decide to convene a grand jury to indict these rogue members of Congress, it would be well-deserved and totally justifiable.
 
 
 
Times Have Changed
 
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is furious that her radical friends might have to face the consequences of their actions. In a social media post directed at Kristi Noem and Border Czar Tom Homan, AOC threatened:
 
“You lay a finger on someone, on Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman … or any of the representatives that were [at the Newark detention center], you lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem.” 
 
The problem, Congresswoman, is that they laid more than a finger on federal law enforcement officers.
 
There was a time, not that long ago, when Democrat members of Congress intentionally engaged in civil disobedience intending to get arrested specifically for the media attention.
 
In July 2022, 17 Democrats were arrested for blocking the street in front of the Supreme Court while protesting the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade. AOC was among them.
 
They disobeyed legitimate law enforcement orders, knowing that the predictable and legitimate law enforcement response would be to arrest them. They didn’t protest their arrest. They didn’t claim they couldn’t be arrested. They wanted to be arrested. They also knew they would be processed and released in a couple of hours.
 
The Democrats at the Newark detention center didn’t just passively refuse a lawful order. They physically resisted law enforcement officers when they tried to clear the resisting politicians out of the way.
 
Now, their leaders are saying that arresting them would be “crossing a red line.” Someone needs to explain that to me. That makes no sense legally or in any other way.
 
 
 
Hogg Tied
 
Democrat divisions are on full display right now as the Democrat National Committee is in the process of nullifying anti-Second Amendment activist David Hogg’s election as the party’s vice chairman. Democrats are canceling the election because the result did not align with a predetermined ethnic/racial/gender outcome.
 
What is it with this party and canceling elections?
 
Democrats in Colorado and other states tried to ban Donald Trump’s name from the ballot. If they had succeeded, Biden’s leading opponent would not have been on the ballot, effectively canceling the presidential election in those states.
 
Throughout the primary elections in 2024, Democrats insisted that Joe Biden was mentally and physically able to be president for four more years. He won the primaries and his party’s nomination. 
 
But when he started dropping in the polls, Nancy Pelosi and Democrat billionaires worked behind the scenes to cancel all those primaries and the votes of all those Democrats who voted for Biden to be the nominee.
 
Then, they added insult to injury by rejecting any kind of an open process to pick a new nominee. Many felt it would be inappropriate to allow Vice President Harris, who no one voted for, to be the nominee. But, once again, they decided to deny Democrat voters the right to choose their nominee. They forced Biden out in a coup and then crowned Kamala “queen.”
 
Now, they’re trying to do it again. Left-wing judges are trying to cancel the election by preventing President Trump from doing what he was elected to do!
 
The modern-day Democrat Party is the most anti-democratic party in the history of the United States. Democrats are the real “threat to democracy.” (See next item.)
 
 
 
A Huge Scandal
 
Yet another book (we’re up to three now) about Joe Biden’s mental and physical decline is about to be released. Some excerpts have already been made public, and they are damning. For example: 

• Biden was already mentally slipping during the 2020 campaign.
• He forgot the names of senior staff members halfway into his term.
• Biden forgot who George Clooney was.
• White House aides were going to put Biden in a wheelchair if he was reelected.
   

Once again, we are reminded that an unknown number of individuals deliberately engaged in a conspiracy to make the people of the United States believe they had a functioning president of the United States in the person of Joe Biden.
 
The evidence is overwhelming that he was not in any meaningful way a functioning president.
 
Special Counsel Robert Hur interviewed Joe Biden for five hours regarding his mishandling of classified documents. Hur wrote in his final report that Biden needed to be prompted by his staff on what years he was vice president and when his son died. Hur noted there were multiple shocking interjections by his staff during the interview.
 
Hur concluded that it would be unfair and ineffective to press charges against Biden because no jury would convict the “elderly man with a bad memory.”
 
What happened in the wake of that?
 
The vice president, Democrat leaders in Congress, and high-level White House staff all ran to cameras to condemn Hur’s report as “outrageous.” Well, that “outrageous” statement about Biden’s poor memory was the only thing that saved him from being prosecuted.
 
Many of us at the time called for the actual audio of the interview to be released. The Biden White House refused to release the audio. There are suggestions that the transcript of the interview had been doctored.
 
All of this provides context for what was a continuing concerted effort by powerful unelected individuals to hide the incapacity of the president of the United States at a time of great danger to our country around the world.
 
During this same period of time, the secretary of defense checked himself into a hospital multiple times for serious medical treatments, and the president and his senior staff had no idea that the defense secretary wasn’t at his desk at the Pentagon.
 
Who was running our country?
 
Anyone who raised questions was gaslit and accused of spreading conspiracy theories and misinformation. We just learned recently that no one can find a legal document from the Biden White House that the president of the United States actually signed himself.
 
There’s nothing illegal about using an autopen. But under the circumstances that are now frighteningly clear, there is something wrong and criminal with using an autopen if the president was unaware of what he allegedly “signed” his name to.
 
And then there is this logical conclusion: If powerful people around the president were lying to us about Biden’s capabilities to be president, how can we take at face value anything else they told us? (See next item.)
 
 
 
Biden’s Vanishing Jobs
 
Last year, we got the shocking news that the Biden administration had overstated the number of jobs created from March 2023 to March 2024 by more than 800,000.
 
Now, we’re learning that the 400,000 jobs reportedly “created” in the third quarter of last year never happened either. Instead, we actually lost 1,000 jobs in the third quarter leading up to the election.
 
Maybe our Labor Department bureaucrats don’t know how to count. Or maybe someone was “cooking the books.” I’ll let you decide.
 
 
 
Concerns About Qatar
 
President Trump’s historic Middle East tour continued yesterday in Qatar, where Trump secured $1.2 trillion in economic deals, including Boeing’s biggest contract ever!
 
The visit is not without controversy. I’m sure you’ve heard about “the plane Qatar is giving Donald Trump.” Once again, the details are being distorted by the media. The president is not being given the plane personally. Case closed.
 
But there is something about Qatar that troubles me and I pray everyone understands this.
 
The Qatari government is a radical Islamic regime that supports groups like Hamas. We must be very careful to not in any way endorse the worldview embraced by the government of Qatar.
 
They believe there were never Jews in Jerusalem, and they want the history of the Jews in Israel to be erased. If you erase the Jews from the history of Israel, you also have erased the entire ministry of Jesus Christ.
 
Qatar funds Middle Eastern studies programs on American university campuses that often become hotbeds of antisemitic professors and antisemitic curriculum. The Qataris, along with the UAE and also the Saudis, should be prohibited from giving money to any American university.
 
I had zero confidence that Barack Obama and Joe Biden understood the nuances and dangers of dealing with regimes like Qatar. I have 1,000% percent confidence that Donald Trump does understand and has the mental acuity to know when there are sharks in the water.
