DAN OSBORN IS A DEMOCRAT THROUGH AND THROUGH

• Dan Osborn is a Democrat, running as a fake Independent, but his tricks and collusion with the Nebraska Democrat Party aren’t fooling anyone.
• Cindy Burbank, a Democrat running for Senate in Nebraska, admitted that she intends to drop out of the race to clear a path for Osborn if she wins the Democrat primary.
• Democrats are so desperate that Jane Kleeb, chair of the Nebraska Democrat Party, admitted that lying to voters was “the only viable path for us right now for a federal race.”
• In leaked audio from a 2025 town hall, Osborn admitted that he would caucus with Democrats if elected, not Republicans.
• Osborn fundraises using the Democrat platform ActBlue which has raised $19 billion for Democrat and left-leaning groups since it was founded in 2004.
• Fight Agency, the group helping Osborn with his digital fundraising, was founded by leaders of Bernie Sanders’ 2016 presidential campaign and also fundraises for Zohran Mamdani, Abdul El-Sayed, and Graham Platner.
• Osborn has received more small individual donations to his campaign from people living in liberal California and New York than he has from Nebraska.

OSBORN IS USING THE CAMPAIGN TO ENRICH HIMSELF

• Dan Osborn has paid his wife and her political consulting firm a whopping $250,000 with campaign funds.
• Between this race and his failed 2024 Senate campaign, Osborn has paid family members more than $370,000 of campaign funds.
• Osborn has paid himself over $120,000.
• A watchdog has filed a complaint and asked the Federal Election Commission to look into Osborn funneling hundreds of thousands of dollars from his campaign into his family’s pockets.
• A second complaint in April was lodged against Osborn funneling money to his family by the chair of the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission.

OSBORN IS BAD FOR NEBRASKA

• Not only does Dan Osborn get bankrolled by Democrats, he supports far-left policies:
• Osborn said he wouldn’t have voted for the Working Families Tax Cuts which was the largest tax cut in history.
• Osborn supported last year’s government shutdown, when the Democrats held the country and workers hostage for 43 days.
• Osborn supports amnesty for illegal immigrants.
• Osborn wants to put illegal immigrants on Social Security and use “immigrant labor” to fill Nebraska jobs.

OSBORN SURROUNDS HIMSELF WITH THE FAR-LEFT

• Osborn has hired consultants and firms openly associated with the Democratic Socialists of America and other socialist organizations.
• One of Osborn’s staffers was active in the Defund the Police movement and attended an anti-police rally with severed pig heads.
• Osborn was scheduled to host a fundraiser with a wealthy Democrat operative who was in the Epstein files, alleged to have transported young girls for Jeffery Epstein.
• Osborn has been accused of liking pornography and naked women on social media.
