JON OSSOFF WANTS OPEN BORDERS 

• Jon Ossoff refuses to back efforts to deport illegal immigrants.
• Ossoff wants to block local law enforcement from assisting in deporting criminal illegal immigrants.
• Ossoff has openly smeared federal law enforcement officers, saying they “look like they couldn’t pass the army physical exam,” referring to them as “masked men” and “pretend Delta Force operators.” 
• At every turn, Ossoff takes the side of illegals rather than Georgians:
  • Ossoff refuses to champion the Laken Riley Act, which requires federal immigration authorities to detain illegal immigrants who are arrested for certain crimes.
  • Ossoff voted against an amendment in the Laken Riley Act to prohibit legal status for illegal immigrants charged with burglary.
  • Ossoff twice voted against the highly successful Remain In Mexico policy.
• Ossoff has been silent on illegal immigrant violence in Georgia.
  • Earlier this year an 11-year old girl in Georgia was raped by an illegal immigrant while her 10-year-old sister was threatened with a knife; Jon Ossoff refused to publicly comment on the horrific act.
  • An innocent teacher was killed after an illegal immigrant evading ICE crashed into her; Ossoff refused to publicly comment.

JON OSSOFF IS AGAINST SECURE ELECTIONS 

• Jon Ossoff has lied about the SAVE America Act which ensures only American citizens can vote in our elections and requires proof of citizenship to register to vote.
  • Even though Ossoff is against these election integrity efforts to vote in elections, he still requires a photo ID to attend his campaign events.
  • Polling shows that 69% of Georgians believe requiring proof of US citizenship to register to vote and 65% support the SAVE America Act. 
• Ossoff lied about Georgia’s 2021 election law which expanded early voting, no-excuse absentee voting, and added voter ID requirements, calling it “Jim Crow.”
  • Ossoff’s lies caused the MLB to pull its All-Star Game out of Atlanta, costing the state over $100 million.
  • One year later Georgia saw record breaking turnout in the 2022 election thanks to the law.

JON OSSOFF WANTS MEN IN WOMEN’S SPORTS

• Jon Ossoff refused to vote for a bill to prevent biological males from participating in girls’ sports and allow men in women’s bathrooms.
• Ossoff voted against an amendment to withhold federal funds from schools and states that allow men to compete in women’s programs.
• Ossoff voted against an amendment to stop schools from placing male athletes in female sports.

JON OSSOFF STOLE PAYCHECKS FROM GEORGIA WORKERS

• Jon Ossoff voted to shut down the government 15 times in 2025, withholding paychecks from over 100,000 Georgians and food assistance from over one million families.
• Ossoff repeatedly voted to keep the Department of Homeland Security shut down earlier this year, refusing to pay FEMA, TSA, the Coast Guard, and immigration enforcement, causing massive delays at Georgia airports.
• Thanks to the Working Families Tax Cuts passed by Republicans last year, Georgian’s saw an average tax refund of $3,500.
  • The bill will protect 204,000 Georgia jobs and provide more than $218 million in rural health care to the state.
  • Jon Ossoff voted for the largest tax hike in history and called the bill a “disaster.”
• Ossoff has a history of taking credit for bills he did not support:
  • Last year Ossoff tried taking credit for a bill to help veterans pay their mortgage, only to get called out by the bill’s author, who said Ossoff “had absolutely nothing to do with this bill.”
  • Ossoff last year claimed he had “secured” millions of dollars of funding projects for Georgia, but Ossoff himself did not vote for the bill.

OSSOFF IS MORE AT HOME IN SAN FRANCISCO THAN GEORGIA

• Ossoff supports statehood for Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico which would add four Democrats to the Senate.
• Ossoff is against the Second Amendment and wants to ban many popular semiautomatic rifles which are owned by millions of Americans.
• Ossoff refused to say if he would support any limit – including up to birth – on abortion.
• Ossoff wants to end cash bail and end mandatory minimums for certain crimes.
• Ossoff voted with Joe Biden’s progressive policies 97% of the time.
• Ossoff voted with Joe Biden 97% of the time.
• Ossoff has been radio silent about rabid antisemite and Democrat surrogate Hasan Piker throwing his support behind Ossoff’s campaign.
