Who You Calling a Neanderthal?

If things are still that dire, how does Biden rationalize allowing over 100 migrants who have contracted Covid-19 to enter the country?

You wouldn’t think that someone as dumb as Joe Biden would cast aspersions on someone else’s intelligence. But there he was labeling Texas governor Greg Abbott and Mississippi’s Tate Reeve Neanderthals because they had the good sense to finally say enough’s enough and ended the fascistic lockdowns in their states.

It is certainly possible for people of good will to have different opinions about the efficacy of lockdowns, masks and social distancing. They can even view the Chinese virus with different degrees of alarm.

So far as I can see, based on the statistics, the virus is extremely dangerous if a person is either very old and/or has a sub-standard immune system. In which case, Mother Nature, with the able assistance of people like Andrew Cuomo, Phil Murphy, Gretchen Whitmer and a couple of other left-wing governors, has used the virus to thin the herd.

But, clearly, Joe Biden doesn’t see things that way. He’s still insisting that people remain masked for the first 100 days of his administration and warns that lockdowns could easily last until Christmas, even though he’d promised that most Americans will be vaccinated by this summer.

So, if things are still that dire, how does Biden rationalize allowing over 100 migrants who have contracted Covid-19 to enter the country, get on buses and head off to unknown destinations?

For that alone, I would impeach him. When you consider his canceling the border wall and the Keystone XL pipeline, and his greenlighting biological males competing in women’s sports, his removal from the Oval Office should be a slam-dunk.

That is until you realize that with him gone, he would be replaced by Kamala Harris, who combines the racist tendencies of Maxine Waters, the boundless arrogance of Nancy Pelosi and the infuriating giggle of Hillary Clinton.

Responding to Biden’s invitation to all of Central America to come ahead and take advantage of the downtrodden American taxpayer, 5,000 illegal aliens are arriving every day. Between 400 and 500 of them are unaccompanied minors.

How insane are we that we have signed up to be babysitters to children abandoned by their parents? I realize that most of the parents are merely hoping to guarantee decent futures for the kids, but what sort of parent just hands his son or daughter off to the coyotes who also engage in drug smuggling and the sex trade?

If the kids aren’t allowed to see certain movies unless accompanied by an adult, we shouldn’t even think about allowing them to enter our country.

That reminds me that in their latest effort to expand their voter base, the Democrats are not only trying to enfranchise felons and the recently departed, but 16-year-olds.

Just how cynical and revolting are Schumer, Pelosi and their cohorts in Congress?

While they’re at it, why not lower the voting age to 10 or 8 or 4? After all, those youngsters think far more clearly than teenagers because they’re not distracted by their raging hormones.

I guess the Democrats have figured out that if they lower the voting age below 16, they run the risk of giving the vote to millions of likely Republican voters.

Nancy Pelosi would give her left arm to see HR1 passed by the Senate. It would make permanent and legal all the underhanded shenanigans the Democrats used to steal the presidency last November.

Those would include expanding the use of mail-in ballots; extended hours, days and weeks for voting; same-day registration; increased usage of voting machines; and, no doubt, extra votes for blacks, gays and transgenders, by way of compensating them for years of oppression.

I wonder if Bret Baier and Brit Hume know how naive they sound when every time the presidential vote-count comes up, they casually dismiss the obvious questions, such as why Joe Biden would receive 15 million more votes than Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, even though Donald Trump received 11 million more votes than he had in 2016.

Wouldn’t you think that even Biden acolytes would wonder where those extra 26 million votes came from?

The only thing creepier than Gov. Cuomo bragging about his handling of the pandemic, which led directly to the deaths of 15,000 elderly New Yorkers, was listening to his apology to the three women who have called him out for his piggish behavior.

It was billed as an apology, but in fact it was an attack on the women because he claimed they misunderstood. In other words, they couldn’t take a joke or were poor sports who couldn’t recognize a little light-hearted flirtation from a Mafia wannabe.

One of Cuomo’s multitude of problems is that he doesn’t come across as light-hearted. If you were making a movie about his life, Martin Scorsese would direct it and Robert DeNiro would star. The guy is a thug. He’s the sort of guy who gives Italian-Americans a bad name.

Nobody is going to mistake his kissing, fondling and smutty talk, for Uncle Andy just being playful.

In medieval Europe there was something called “droit du seigneur” or “jus primae noctis.” It translated to “the right of the first night”. It granted kings and dukes the absolute right to bed new brides on their wedding night.

In the absence of royalty, it is not unlike a privilege that a great many men in superior positions (movie producers, politicians, business moguls) feel is their due.

If I had a young daughter and she told me she was going to pursue a career in, say, show business or politics, I’d consider advising her to become a streetwalker, if only because she was likelier to meet a better class of people.

As you all know, occasional typos have been known to sneak into my copy, so I am very understanding when it happens to other people, although I am always surprised when it happens to people on TV because they have so many editors.

The other night, when Tucker Carlson was paying homage to Andrew Jackson, he said he was born in 1867. I knew that had to be a mistake and waited for the producer who speaks into Carlson’s ear to correct him. It never happened. I had a feeling Jackson was born in 1767, which turned out to be the case.

The question is whether Carlson misread the year on his Teleprompter or whether the wrong year was typed, and he just didn’t catch it.

This has been a public service, to prevent any of you from losing a bar bet.

In the wake of the news coming out that Rep. Eric Swalwell had been compromised by Chinese spy Fang Fang, we heard that Ms. Fang or one of her so-called honeypot colleagues had also compromised two midwestern mayors.

By failing to identify the individuals, they have tainted every mayor in the middle of the country, including Chicago’s Lori Lightfoot. In which case, stating that Mayor Lightfoot plays for the other team could have a double meaning.

I think it’s high time that the names of those two people were made public. It’s not fair that hundreds of perfectly respectable mayors are being given funny looks by their wives, and having their breath checked for a whiff of Mandarin chicken and having their jackets scoured for hot sour soup stains.

Judy Tye passed along a couple of timely memes that ridicule the silliest acts of the Cancel Culture. In the first, it’s announced that NBC is now pulling “The Wizard of Oz” because it is offensive to people without brains.

The second one reads: “I can’t believe I’m living in a world that is reassigning the gender of a plastic potato.”

Bob Hunt reminded me that the attack on January 6th was neither the first nor the worst attack on our nation’s capital, and I’m not referring to anything involving the Redcoats. The date was November 7th, 1983, when a bomb was set off that tore through the second floor of the Senate in an attempt to assassinate Senate Republicans.

The two women responsible were Linda Sue Evans and Susan Rosenberg, who had ties to the Black Panthers and other radical groups and were reputed to have been involved with the Brinks truck robbery in which two police officers were killed. The women were arrested, tried and convicted. Ms. Evans was sentenced to 40 years, Ms. Rosenberg to 58 years.

On January 20th, 2001, at the behest of Rep. Jerry Nadler, President Clinton, on his last day in office, commuted their sentences. Today, Susan Rosenberg is a mucky muck in the Black Lives Matter gang. Linda Sue Evans goes around the U.S. advocating for lesbian rights.

Which proves once again that some people manage to get older without getting even the least bit wiser.

That goes for not only the two women, but for Bill Clinton and Jerry Nadler.

Patrick Miano shared a line that I recall using a long time ago. But it’s been so long that I can’t recall if it was someone else’s meme or whether I came up with it. It sure sounds like me. But in any case, he and I agree it bore repeating: “We really must stop saying ‘How stupid can people get?’ Some people are taking it as a challenge.”
