Just as I predicted, a desperate Joe Biden delivered yet another dark speech Wednesday night. While complaining about Republican rhetoric, he smeared Republicans as “dark forces” threatening democracy and even “the very soul of America.”

He blamed Republicans for the attack on Paul Pelosi, and suggested that demands for election integrity amounted to “autocracy” and “voter suppression.” Biden said, “We don’t settle our differences in America with a riot, a mob, or a bullet or a hammer.”

Where was Biden’s condemnation of left-wing political violence, mobs and riots during the summer of 2020 as the White House was under siege and city after city burned?

Meanwhile, it’s Joe Biden’s rhetoric that’s dangerous!

Joe Biden has repeatedly smeared law enforcement and our brave Border Patrol agents as “systemically racist.” Now, an unprecedented number of police officers are being ambushed and murdered by criminal thugs.

When Justice Alito’s opinion in the Dobbs case leaked out, Joe Biden and multiple left-wing politicians said the conservative justices were ripping away rights from the American people.

After Biden’s rhetoric, a wanna-be assassin traveled to Washington, D.C., plotting to kill three Supreme Court justices, starting with Brett Kavanaugh.

In the weeks that followed, Joe Biden and multiple left-wing politicians smeared crisis pregnancy centers. Immediately, these centers dedicated to giving women a choice came under violent, physical attack. Many were vandalized, some were firebombed.

Many left-wing politicians said that religious conservatives were attempting to control women’s bodies. That set off a string of attacks on churches all over America. Some churches were also firebombed.

Within minutes of Biden’s speech Wednesday night declaring that Republicans were a threat to democracy, Gen. Don Bolduc, the Republican Senate candidate in New Hampshire was physically attacked.

In Illinois, a man was arrested this week for threatening to skin the Republican candidate for governor alive because he was “spreading misinformation” and was, therefore, a threat to democracy.

Yes, we do need to tone down the rhetoric in America. It needs to start at the top with Joe Biden and his left-wing allies who are spreading hate.

Biden’s Double Speak

So, Wednesday night Joe Biden tried to warn the country that democracy was under threat. How exactly? By you voting in the election for Republicans. In other words, the mere act of the American people participating in democracy is a threat.

It may be a threat to Democrats and to Biden’s radical agenda, but not to democracy. And when the party in power demands that you vote only for the party in power, that’s tyranny. That’s totalitarianism.

In an attempt to bolster his argument, Biden warned that 300 candidates running this year are “election deniers.” Well, we know what that means. They dared to ask questions about the integrity and security of our elections. And that’s not an extreme position.

What Biden didn’t mention Wednesday night is that many of those candidates won their primaries thanks to more than $40 million in support from Joe Biden’s Democrat Party.

Democrats thought that if these candidates won their primaries, they would be easy to defeat in the general election. So, they helped the people they call “election deniers” so Joe Biden could attack “election deniers” a week before the election. That’s their strategy, and it seems to be backfiring.

By the way, Biden owes his own election to an election denier, and has embraced election denialism and “undermined democracy” himself!

Meanwhile, Biden only mentioned the economy once Wednesday night. And he never mentioned inflation, crime, gas prices, immigration or the border. In short, he once again ignored the issues that Americans care about most. Most Americans have noticed his lack of focus and they’re fed up!

A Great American

The other day, I realized there is a political figure in America who doesn’t get enough credit, but he’s truly a great American.

In his youth, he fought gangs and marched for civil rights. Even though he’s a white, he went to a historically black college, after turning down an appointment to the Naval Academy.

Eventually, he got a full scholarship and graduated at the top of his class with multiple degrees!

As you’d expect, he’s quite the Renaissance man! While he almost became a lumberjack, he went on to become a truck driver, a professor at the University of Pennsylvania and a foreign policy expert.

Along the way, he traveled over a million miles on Amtrak, and became best friends with a conductor. He’s met a lot of truly incredible people, like the man who invented insulin and a Special Forces war hero. He even got arrested once trying to meet Nelson Mandela!

But, like many Americans, he’s had his share of hard knocks in life. Tragically, his first wife was killed by a drunk driver, and his son died in combat in Iraq.

This guy is such a genuinely nice man, he would really make a great president.

Well, there’s just one big problem: The person I described doesn’t exist. But the person who thinks he is this guy actually is the president — Joe Biden. That’s both sad and scary!

Not Funny

Comedian Stephen Colbert is well-known for his political comedy. Perhaps it came naturally to him being a native of Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, Mr. Colbert has spent so much time in the left-wing echo chamber that he doesn’t even recognize the truth any more.

Last week, the “Late Show” host mocked Tudor Dixon, the Republican candidate for governor of Michigan. Dixon said in a debate that a man had approached her saying he was outraged over a pornographic book he found in a school library.

Colbert refused to believe her. He ridiculed Dixon, saying that she “totally made up” the man. After playing a video of her debate statement, he sarcastically said, “Okay, fine, that happened.”

Well, it actually did happen. Khalil Othman, a Yemeni immigrant, did approach Tudor Dixon about an obscene book he found in a school library. Othman told the Detroit Free Press:

“To claim that I’m not here, I don’t exist, I’m not human, that’s absolute ignorance. If [Colbert] did his due diligence … or had his team do a little bit of research of who’s this person who attended Dixon’s rally, they will be able to find my name right away easy on social media. Just Google it.”

In a Facebook post, Othman said:

“Ever since immigrating to this great country almost 20 years ago, I’ve been a loyal Democrat. Never once did I ever vote Republican. However, the situation with the sexually explicit material in the schools was for me a bridge too far. When it comes to my kids and my family, I will not budge. Family before party!”

Perhaps CBS should fire Stephen Colbert for spreading disinformation!

The Lies Of The Left

Sadly, there’s nothing unusual about Joe Biden and Stephen Colbert lying to us. As I noted in my most recent opinion piece, the left is constantly lying to us and gaslighting us about virtually everything!

Democrats said Donald Trump colluded with Russia. They lied to us.

Democrats said Hunter Biden’s laptop was disinformation. They lied to us.

Democrats say critical race theory isn’t being taught in the schools. They’re lying to us.

Democrats say the border is secure. They’re lying to us.

Democrats say boys can become girls. They’re lying to us.

Democrats say there is no crime wave. They’re lying to us.

Why should we trust them when they say they’re not cheating in the elections?

This is what totalitarians do. They lie to achieve power and they lie to maintain it. And eventually they demand that you believe their lies and repeat their lies, or else.

My friends, when Joe Biden says democracy is at risk and this election is vital to saving it, he’s only wrong in his analysis of the threat.

Yes, democracy is under threat — from the Deep State and the intolerant left.
