News broke Thursday that a coalition of progressive Christians sent a letter to the January 6th Committee demanding that it investigate so-called “Christian nationalism.”

Remember the wailing and gnashing of teeth that erupted when Congress attempted to investigate radical Islamists? I certainly do. But there’s been barely a whisper about this outrageous attempt to investigate Christians as if they are terrorists and threats to the country.

According to the Religion News Service, “Organizers of the letter … were approached by a committee investigator on the topic.” This sounds like another effort by the left-wing bureaucrats to orchestrate government intimidation of their political opponents.

First, it was parents at school board meetings. Now, it’s conservative Christians.

Let me explain what’s going on, and why the left is so afraid of “Christian nationalism.”

A Christian is someone who loves Jesus. A nationalist is someone who loves their country. The phrase “Christian nationalist” describes 100% of the Founding Fathers, and probably 95% of every generation until about 15 years ago.

Because of the left, we’ve reached the point where millions of Americans no longer love our country, and millions of Americans do not love Jesus.

Those who do love Jesus and America are fighting back. We’re trying to save religious liberty. We’re trying to protect our children from the left’s disgusting attack on America and our Judeo-Christian values.

So, a group of leftists who claim to be Christians are siccing a hyper-partisan, illegitimate committee on us.

Will Dr. James Dobson and Reverend Franklin Graham be hauled before the January 6th Committee with Liz Cheney banging her gavel and demanding to know, “Are you now or have you ever been patriotic followers of Jesus Christ? How many Bibles and flags do you own?” I’ll be talking to my attorney this weekend!

The whole purpose of this sudden concern about Christian nationalism, which seems to come out of nowhere, is to intimidate the Church, to silence conservative Christians and get them out of the democratic process.

It is meant to split the Church, the last bulwark against “fundamentally transforming” America into a socialist nation, where our liberties are severely limited. That’s the whole purpose of this.

And if Christian nationalism is such a bad thing, what exactly is the preferred alternative?

Would be it atheist nationalism? That’s the old Soviet Union and communist China today.

Would it be atheist globalism? Probably, because that is the left’s goal.

All over the world, globalists are trying to abolish the nation-state. They are at war with any faith that stands in the way, particularly Christianity, because our scriptures warn against global government.

The left knows that a Church that is awake to the dangers we’re facing is a major impediment to the radical secular, atheist globalism that intends to dominate the world.

The GOP vs. The FBI

House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee, led by conservative champion Jim Jordan, just released a 1,000-page report outlining widespread political corruption within the FBI. The report is based largely on whistleblower testimony, and warns that political bias is undermining the FBI’s law enforcement mission.

The report comes as House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy vows that extensive oversight of the Biden Administration, including the Department of Justice and the FBI, will be a top priority of the new majority.

McCarthy and Jordan certainly have their work cut out for them!

From targeting parents and pro-life activists to cooking the books on domestic extremism cases, from colluding with Big Tech to censor conservatives online to purging conservative agents, from covering for Hunter Biden to raiding Mar-a-Lago — this Justice Department and this FBI need to be fumigated!

The Party Of Death

As we enter the closing days of the 2022 campaign, Democrats are going all in on abortion. They’re betting everything that the ability to destroy pre-born babies will outweigh every other issue.

They’ve spent more than $300 million on ads pushing abortion on demand because they don’t want to talk about the economy.

They don’t want to talk about “Bidenflation.”

They don’t want to talk about crime.

They don’t want to talk about gas prices.

They don’t want to talk about illegal immigration.

They don’t want to talk about the radical indoctrination and the trans supremacy agenda in our schools.

So, they’re all in on abortion. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer is a perfect example of what I’m referring to.

In a recent interview, she tried to make an economic pitch to voters, but it came with a bizarre twist. She said:

“I hear from businesses all the time that they are feeling the weight of the ‘she-cession,’ meaning women leaving the workplace during Covid. If we want women to come back into the workplace in Michigan, we better not take away their right to be full citizens and make decisions about their own health care.”

Whitmer doesn’t mean health care. She means abortion.

So, Gov. Whitmer is now joining the chorus of influential left-wing women, including Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, who say women should kill their babies so they can go back to work to help big corporations make more profits.

That’s the message of today’s Democrat Party. Destroy your child because big business needs you to boost its bottom line.

Talk about exploiting women!

NPR: National Pro-Abortion Radio

While we’re on the subject of pro-abortion extremism, National Public Radio is making headlines for airing audio of an actual abortion of an 11 week-old baby during its morning show Thursday. Many listeners of the left-wing media outlet were disgusted and horrified.

The reporter had the audacity to describe the scene as “a lot like a childbirth.” When she was called out for her pro-abortion bias, she defended the broadcast, writing, “Abortion is on the ballot in November. I’d argue that getting to see what’s actually happening in clinics right now isn’t biased, it’s factual.”

Abortion is on the ballot in Michigan this November. Pro-abortion groups, including Planned Parenthood, are trying to enshrine abortion on demand in the state’s constitution.

NPR is giving the effort a big boost of taxpayer-funded media, and it would never give that much glowing press to crisis pregnancy centers.

NPR’s left-wing propaganda does not deserve a dime of taxpayer money! It must be defunded!

• Abortions are down 6% since the Dobbs decision. Thousands of babies have been saved!

• The FDA is warning doctors not to prescribe abortion pills (people pesticides) to women who are not pregnant. Given how pro-abortion the Biden Administration is, I am surprised by this action, but it is a positive development nonetheless.

• The Pennsylvania Supreme Court blocked the counting of incorrectly dated and undated mail-in ballots.

• A Wisconsin judge issued an injunction against the Green Bay City Clerk for blocking Republican poll watchers. This successful lawsuit by the RNC is an important victory for election integrity.

• The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the right of a beauty pageant to exclude biological men, “trans women,” from the competition.

• Kentucky officials moved to pull state pension dollars from woke ESG investment funds.

• A brave high school football player carried the Thin Blue Flag onto the field in spite of outrageous attempts to ban it.
