Re: No, Chris Was NOT Murdered by ‘Gun Violence’
An outstanding exposé on what is wrong with an otherwise great Tennessee city. You make the point that your Mayor Kelly is not singularly responsible for the crime situation in Chattanooga, but perpetuates it. Indeed all the Demo mayors perpetuate it. However, Kelly has no excuse for his management rating being worse than all cities but one, my own city of San Francisco. Many areas of our once beautiful city have now been turned into dumping grounds — literally. And that is one of many reasons we are moving to Tennessee as many of our conservative friends have already! —California
So, Mayor Kelly was also an Ivy League graduate like murder victim Chris Wright. I wonder how many names of all those black residents murdered in Chattanooga can be recalled by Kelly? —Connecticut
The video of the Brooklyn homicide was just a blip here in New York. This is our daily reality. At least in Chattanooga a senseless and tragic murder gets noticed! —New York
It takes journalistic courage for The Patriot Post to report the inconvenient truth about black-on-black violence — which constitutes most violence. The MSM does not dare go there. No amount of pandering by opportunistic politicians to obfuscate the facts can excuse the dangerous reality that is destroying lives, neighborhoods, and the common decency that used to bind us together. No doubt The Patriot Post will receive criticism for speaking truth to the purveyors of ignorance. No doubt you will stand your ground and never give in to the politically correct mob. —Florida
This is a well-documented, factual, and honest appraisal of the world we now live in. The MSM will not touch this, and Democrats will never admit it, and thus never correct it. —Colorado
My deepest condolences to the family of this poor man. May Almighty God grant him grace and peace and may his family be wrapped in the loving arms of Jesus during this time of tremendous grief. God bless each of them. —Maryland
Re: ‘He’s a Witch’ — Trump on Trial
Anyone who’s ever applied for a loan knows that you have to put up collateral. You can put any value you want on it, but it’s up to the lending institution to do due diligence and put a value on it. This judge set himself up as an expert and refused to listen to the real experts. He should be charged, disbarred, and removed from his position. The onus is not on Trump. —Minnesota
Curious to know, did the fire alarm actually say “fire alarm”? Pull in case of fire? Or did it say you will be forgiven if you mistake a fire alarm for an exit lever? Easy to see why he’s a former school principal. He can’t read, so we send him to Congress. Even “Lurch” Fetterman hasn’t pulled a fire alarm and he’s new to Congress. Walk the plank Bowman, your work is done here. —West Virginia
Re: Gavin Newsom’s Intersectional Senate Pick
It is sad to see our country become more and more racist. For many years we attempted to give our population an even representation based on merit and do away with racial stereotypes. We passed laws to make this possible. Now we see that merit is losing the race. DEI is a poison in our country. It demeans the person who seeks to improve their knowledge and skills to do a better job and not rely on the color of their skin or some other trait. Instead, we are seeing pandering for political votes. First a Supreme Court nominee and now a senator. When will we seek the best qualified person for the jobs of leading our country? No good can come from this negative trend. —Washington
Re: You’re a DEI Man, Charlie Brown
This “diversity, equity, and inclusion” view permeates far too many leaders in our military services today. It is the attitude now required to get ahead and be promoted. This is deeply dangerous for our nation, as military readiness and excellence is declining dramatically. —Texas
It used to be during my military service in the 1960s that cream rose to the top and feces sank. The current crop of generals and admirals seems to prove otherwise. —Nevada
Re: Student Loan Repayments Begin Again
The time to place a value on an education is long before you spend the money. The library has many books that define an educational pursuit and how much you can expect to earn and spend. Perhaps the parents are in such a hurry to get the little resource-sucking, underperforming, know-it-all children out of the house that they don’t do due diligence. Who can blame them? —Washington
Re: Disney to ‘Quiet the Noise’?
I see that The Wonderful World of Disney is going to be on TV every Sunday night (like it used to be when I was a child). On Sunday nights, we could not wait to watch it. Now it should be called The Horror World of the Woke. No one is my family goes to Disney anymore, buys anything Disney, or watches anything Disney. If Walt Disney knew what Disney has become, he would be spinning in his grave. —Pennsylvania
