More Gender Ideology Degradation in Loudoun County
The school system is suing a high school boy who objected to having a gender-confused girl in their locker room.
Loudoun County, Virginia, has become synonymous with all that is wrong with gender ideology in schools. Back in October 2021, Daily Wire investigative reporter Luke Rosiak exposed a scandalous cover-up in which the Loudoun County School District was attempting to conceal a skirt-wearing boy’s crime. The “gender fluid” high schooler had raped a freshman girl in a so-called gender-inclusive bathroom. The leftist superintendent covered it up, the victim’s father was slandered for trying to protect his daughter, and the young sexual predator was moved to another school … where he assaulted another girl.
This boy was allowed the opportunity to attack another girl because he was a part of the LGBTQ+ protected class. What’s worse is that the rapist walked away with no criminal record. Those girls have no justice for what was done to them.
Well, it’s allegedly happening again, except this time it’s a gender-confused girl invading a boys’ locker room space. Stone Bridge High School conforms to a district-wide policy stating that students can use the bathroom based on their gender identity and not their sex. Stone Bridge is the same high school where the first young girl was raped in a gender-inclusive bathroom, so this policy had already caused significant problems.
The female student reportedly used the boys’ locker room for several months, but the breaking point came when she used her phone to video the boys. Three male high schoolers lodged a complaint about her presence in their locker room.
Instead of being reasonable, Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) launched a Title IX investigation against the boys. The suit claims that they were sexually harassing the girl. By “sexual harassment,” it means objecting to having a girl in the boys’ private space.
As much as we have discussed the dangers of having gender-confused males in women’s bathrooms and locker rooms, having gender-confused girls in boys’ private spaces is just as dangerous. A sexual harassment label, should it stick, could potentially ruin these boys’ prospects and potentially their lives.
Thankfully, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares has opened an investigation into the case. So far, it seems that LCPS is following its pattern of protecting predatory students. Miyares told reporters: “This is just the latest example of what happens when school boards disregard common sense. The safety, dignity, and privacy of every student in Virginia should be non-negotiable. This is about safety and privacy, not political correctness — and it’s time Loudoun County recognized that.”
Governor Glenn Youngkin also weighed in on this latest debacle, lamenting:
It’s deeply concerning to read reports of yet another incident in Loudoun County schools where members of the opposite sex are violating the privacy of students in locker rooms. Even more alarming, the victims of this violation are the ones being investigated — this is beyond belief. I’ve asked Attorney General Miyares to investigate this situation immediately so that every student’s privacy, dignity and safety are upheld. Students who express legitimate concerns about sharing locker rooms with individuals of the opposite biological sex should not be subjected to harassment or discrimination claims. Parental rights are not negotiable.
LCPS should be stripped of all its rights concerning the education of the children therein. It has only succeeded in creating an environment where parents are the enemy, and any child who doesn’t fall in line with the Left’s gender ideology marching orders is traumatized, dragged through the mud, and worse. One can only hope that Miyares and Youngkin can take real steps to intervene on behalf of these three boys who are being railroaded by a toxic ideology.
