The Biden Cover-Up Is an Enormous Scandal
With more admissions of cognitive decline and a revelation of metastatic prostate cancer, the biggest question is this: Exactly who was running the country during Joe Biden’s presidency?
The word “scandal” is used so frequently in Washington, DC, that when a genuine scandal does arise, it may seem to resemble the scenario of the boy who cried wolf.
Yet what has transpired over the last few days regarding Jake Tapper’s “revelations” of Joe Biden’s long-declining mental state, followed by the latest news regarding the former president’s stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis — for which the prognosis may be grim — has everyone reacting, pointing fingers, and seeking cover.
The usual who, what, when, where, and how questions are being thrown around, producing everything from insightful observations to ridiculous conspiracy theories.
When did Biden first learn of his cancer diagnosis? Just recently, according to the Biden family. His team says his last screening was in 2014 (at age 72). It’s true that prostate cancer is generally a slow-developing cancer, therefore it is not unusual for doctors to stop regularly screening for it in most men over the age of 70.
On the surface, that may be a plausible excuse. Yet we’re not talking about just any old Joe here; we’re talking about the president of the United States. Therefore, especially given Biden’s age and all the deserved scrutiny surrounding his mental acuity, one would presume that he was one of the most physically examined and tested individuals on the planet.
In light of Tapper’s new book on the cover-up of Biden’s mental condition, the revelation of Biden’s current health condition only fuels the genuine scandal — that Biden’s presidency was one big cover-up, and one major failure to invoke the 25th Amendment.
From start to finish, the Biden presidency was a scam perpetrated by members of the Democrat Party against the American people.
As many conservatives speculated at the time of Biden’s nomination back in 2020, he was little more than a walking puppet for the Democrats. Biden represented Barack Obama’s third term, but he was unfit from the start.
Biden was not running the country; rather, he was being run by members of his administration and his own family. Indeed, one wonders if, in reality, Jill Biden was acting as the actual president. Ironically, that would make her the first female president — if we don’t count Edith Wilson, that is.
The players in this years-long cover-up scandal are many. Topping the list might be White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. How many times did she repeatedly lie to the American people regarding Biden’s health and mental state?
Seemingly day after day, KJP dismissed all questions, observations, and concerns as politically motivated misinformation. Recall this doozy from 2022, when she told Don Lemon, “He’s the president of the United States. I can’t even keep up with him.” Furthermore, it was KJP who repeatedly claimed that Biden “passes a cognitive test every day.”
KJP was still hauling water for Biden even after he dropped out of the race, asserting, “There’s been no cover-up. I want to be very clear about that.”
What is becoming increasingly clear is just the opposite. There was a massive cover-up.
Almost as angering has been much of the legacy media’s attempt at shock and surprise. Not only were left-wing journalists not doing their jobs, but they were more often than not actively involved in this cover-up by willingly spinning the Team Biden narrative.
Concern over the state of the man supposedly leading the country was secondary to the cause of keeping him and the Democrats in power. Thus, the size of this scandal is more than the White House’s cover-up of Biden’s condition; its legacy media malfeasance, a willingness to look the other way until the obvious was so untenable that they finally had to turn and address the elephant in the room.
Here is yet another reason why trust in the media is in the gutter: The American people are sick and tired of being played for fools. Now that the Biden house of cards is finally collapsing, the Leftmedia is attempting to spin it as the shock of the century. Please.
It will take time and real investigative journalists to fully unpack this massive scandal. The big question is, just how damaging will the fallout be for not only the Democrat Party but also the legacy media?
