It seems that with everything being in a computer database, it would be extremely easy for state investigators or administrators to see potential evidence of fraud.” —Tennessee

“There is another part to this story. Here in Chicago, one of our wealthier residents was Ken Griffin. He founded a company called Citadel. As you can imagine, the taxes and anti-business attitude of the city and state made him decide to go to a friendlier business climate, so he moved his company to Miami, which we can all understand, but with him leaving, there is a huge hole left behind because he donated millions to all kinds of charities, hospitals, you name it.
