For the ladies out there, I’m sure you can remember as a little girl when dolls became available and you could dress them in different outfits. You could also change their hairstyles.
 
What you couldn’t do was change their gender, turning your girl doll into a boy doll. It took the ascendancy of a crazy Democrat Party seduced by trans ideology to make that happen.
 
In Gov. Tim Walz’s Minnesota, the Institute for Sexual and Gender Health at the University of Minnesota is launching a big project. They are creating a doll that allows children as young as 4 to alter genitals to turn a girl doll into a boy and vice versa.
 
The “MyGender Doll” was developed by a PhD. Of course, you’d need an advance degree to come up with something as bizarre as this. (I wonder if the genital swapping is covered by Obamacare.)
 
Dr. Dianne Berg said the dolls were necessary to “address the belief, ‘I’m not a 'real’ boy because I don’t have these private parts,‘ versus, 'I am a real boy, whatever my anatomy looks like.’” I’m sure she (or they/he-who knows?!) was among the people six years ago screaming, “Follow the science!”
 
In 2023, the institute awarded Gov. Walz their Distinguished Sexual and Gender Health Champion Award “for his outstanding efforts in protecting sexual and reproductive health care and gender-affirming health care.”
 
Translated: they gave Walz an award because he did so much to promote abortion and the ideology straight out of hell that little children were born in the wrong body and can choose to take sterilizing drugs and have radical surgery to “correct” the situation.
 
So, what is the modern Democrat Party known for? Well, among other things: big government, higher taxes, open borders. You know the list. But we can’t forget and we shouldn’t let America forget that a two of the biggest defining characteristics of the Democrat Party are abortion all the time and transgenderism for every child.
 
Democrats want to kill the child in the womb. But if the child is lucky enough to escape, they want to rip healthy organs and body parts off of them as part of the worst lie adults have ever told children. So-called “gender affirming care” is so extreme that not even insane Nazi torturer Dr. Josef Mengele ever conceived of it.
 
 
 
Why You Should Care
 
Millions of us will never ask for an abortion or encourage anyone else to get an abortion. Millions of us will never have a baby girl or granddaughter and say, “That’s a boy in a girl’s body.” So, what does it matter? With everything else going on, why should you care?
 
This insanity is already hurting our children and grandchildren in their schools and in sports. But there is a much bigger impact that is often overlooked.
 
Any society that elevates abortion and transgenderism as fundamental rights is so sick it will be wrong about virtually everything else.
 
Democrats think they are at war with Donald Trump. No, they’re at war with God. It’s God who says, “I knitted you in the womb. You were wonderfully and beautifully made.” It’s God who says, “I made them male and female.”
 
If Western Civilization, which began believing that liberty comes from God, goes down the path that the Democrat Party and the leftist establishment are headed, we will rot from the inside out. To think that you can force an entire society to deny reality is the stuff of totalitarian fantasies.
 
 
 
Elections Have Consequences
 
Here’s another reason to care: Tim Walz—the guy who thinks all this insanity is just great—was almost vice president of the United States.
 
Think of who would be secretary of education under “President Kamala Harris” and what would be taught in our schools today. Think of what they would be doing at Health and Human Services (HHS). Reports would be coming out of HHS claiming there are 57 genders.
 
And yet with everything that was going on with Biden—open borders, sky-high inflation, out-of-control spending, cultural barbarism—the election was still very, very close. We won the popular vote for the first time in a while, but it was too close.
 
Not agreeing on taxes or trade policy is one thing. Not being able to agree that men do not get pregnant is a clear sign of a society that is unraveling.
