Root for the Muslim in Tomorrow’s MI Dem Primary
Socialism and Jew-hatred may have strong appeal among the Dems’ lunatic fringe, but not statewide — which is why Abdul El-Sayed will lose in November.
There’s an interesting bit of suicidal symbiosis playing out within the Democrat Party — and, no, I’m not talking about the party’s spit-swapping with the hard-left Democratic Socialists.
No, what I’m talking about is the Democrats’ dalliance with Jew-hating leftist Muslims like Zohran Mamdani and now Abdul El-Sayed, the odds-on favorite to win the party’s nomination for U.S. Senate in Michigan tomorrow.
On the one hand, we have the useful idiocy of the Democrat Party, which continues to welcome these radical Muslims into their tent because they believe it’ll help them win elections, beat back Donald Trump’s MAGA movement, and usher in a more socialist America.
And on the other hand, we have the Muslims themselves, who are biding their time and humoring the Democrats while they play the long game. Islam isn’t interested in Democrat Socialism so much as it’s interested in doing what Muslims have been doing in Europe for decades: conquering the infidels not with their weapons but with the wombs of their women. They’re building out from Dearborn and New York City and Minneapolis and Paterson and Falls Church and Houston and Irving — all in order to usher in a more Islamic America.
Put simply: Europe is our DEW Line, and the Democrats are asleep at the switch.
Which is why, if you’re reading this, you should be rooting hard for El-Sayed to beat dim-bulb cringeworthy establishment Democrat Haley Stevens in Michigan tomorrow, just as you should’ve been rooting hard for Mamdani to beat former Governor Andrew Cuomo in New York City last fall.
Why? Because when the Democrat Socialists win, the GOP wins.
Not that the GOP has been tearing it up lately — what, with a never-ending war in Iran and with high gas prices and the stubborn vestiges of Biden-era inflation. But elections are about choices. And the choices that the Democrats are offering the American people are, increasingly: reopening our borders, giving de facto amnesty to Joe Biden’s 10 million illegals, letting those illegals vote, packing the Supreme Court, eliminating the Electoral College, making DC and Puerto Rico our 51st and 52nd states, nationalizing our healthcare system, kowtowing to communist China, reinstituting the campus pogroms against Jewish students, weakening our stance on crime, and turning much of our prison population back onto the streets.
It’s sick stuff, all of it. But while these ideas may be where all the energy is on the Democrat side, it’s not where the vast majority of the American people are. Which is why these ideas have a hard electoral ceiling way south of 50%. It’s also why, as CNN’s resident data analyst and truth-teller Harry Enten pointed out recently, the Democrat Party’s net favorability was at plus-one in 2018 but is currently a staggering minus 24. Parties simply don’t win statewide and national elections with that kind of a number.
Furthermore, as Enten pointed out, 42% of voters felt the Democrat Party was too liberal back in 1996. That number grew to 48% in 2013. And today, it’s at a whopping 57%. That’s a strong majority of folks who think the Democrats are bat-guano crazy.
This is why tomorrow’s Michigan primary is so important. On the Republican side, former congressman Mike Rogers will coast to victory. And his chances of flipping the Michigan Senate seat will hinge on who his opponent is in the general election. If it’s the female establishment candidate with the normal-sounding name, Haley Stevens, then Rogers will have his work cut out for him in that bluish-purplish state. But if it’s the radical Muslim Democrat Socialist with the odd-sounding name, then Mike Rogers is your next senator from Michigan. As Just the News reports:
The Michigan race is poised to be two different contests, depending on the winner of the Democratic primary. A recent Glengarif Group survey found that Stevens would narrowly lead Rogers with 45.5% support to his 44.7%. But if El-Sayed is the nominee, Rogers would lead with 49.0% to his 38.7%.
Bernie Sanders, the self-hating non-practicing Jew who’s backing the Jew-hating El-Sayed, somehow thinks “many” of Michigan’s working-class Republicans “will end up voting for” El-Sayed if he beats Stevens. You mean like autoworkers and skilled tradesmen, Bernie? Dream on.
El-Sayed, in one respect, is trying to do what Democrats always try to do: buy votes and appeal to our baser instinct of envy. Which is why he’s calling for free child care, “Medicare for all,” and an 8% wealth tax on billionaires.
It won’t work. Michigan isn’t going to elect a Muslim senator — especially one who’s running on Jew-hatred. But if the latest polling is any indication, it looks like the Democrats are going to make him their pick. El-Sayed leads Stevens 54.8% to 45.2% according to the Public Sentiment Institute.
Thus, if El-Sayed wins, the Democrats’ chances of retaking the Senate are effectively over, as they’ll then need to flip five other seats to offset the Republicans’ three-seat advantage, and the loss of the Michigan seat, and the Republican vice-presidential tiebreaker in a 50-50 Senate. That’s an all-but-impossible order, especially in a climate in which voters think the Democrats are Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.
