Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Searchlight) took to the Senate floor Thursday to once again denounce the Tea Party as a bunch of "anarchists."
"[T]he anarchists have taken over. They've taken over the House and now they're here in the Senate. ... We're in a position here where people who don't believe in government -- and that's what the Tea Party is all about -- are winning, and that's a shame."
Reid's comments expose two things: A fundamental misunderstanding (misrepresentation) of the political spectrum, and an admission that Democrats "believe" in government -- it's a religion to them.
