Chad Henderson is a 21-year-old student and part-time child-care worker in Georgia who became the poster child for signing up for the ObamaCare exchanges at healthcare.gov. He also happens to be a volunteer with Obama's Organizing For Action campaign arm. And he also didn't actually sign up for insurance through the exchanges. So, uh, never mind then.
