Regarding any negotiation on spending reductions ahead of the debt ceiling debate, Barack Obama said, "I'm not budging when it comes to the full faith and credit of the United States." What American should hear is that Obama is determined to continue down the same path toward fiscal self destruction as long as he has unlimited ability to continue redistributing wealth in order to grow government dependents, his most loyal constituent base.
