John McAfee, founder of the world's largest computer security company, offered this assessment on the scope of the Healthcare.gov failure: "Glitch is a minor annoyance. This is a catastrophic failure, it is not a glitch. There was no security testing, no quality assurance and no system emigration." McAfee notes there are now more than 700 sites successfully scamming those who think they are at Healthcare.gov -- giving up lots of personal information.
