Barack Obama blamed Congress again this week for limiting his ability to solve problems: "If, in fact, I could solve all these problems without passing laws in Congress, then I would do so." Well, make no mistake: Obama has no respect for Rule of Law and is using thousands of regulatory measures to bypass Congress -- which is precisely why Obama and his Senate Demos want to stack the DC Circuit Court with their own ideological regulatory gate keepers before the 2014 midterm elections.
